Very good laptop
I have the laptop for almost a month and I can't find anything wrong. It's doing the job. Very happy with the purchase( managed to have a 500 pounds discount as well)

Right from the beginning - NO CAMERA and NO MICROPHONE, and NO DRIVERS!
Well, I fought the University to allow the purchase of this Samsung Book 5, and now paying the price. Right from the off, the inbuilt webcam didn't work, nor did the microphone. So I had stupid futile early Teams meetings where nobody could see or hear me. I ended up reverting to my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra phone for comms, (even that is going back to Samsung tomorrow (due to an unrelated fingerprint sensor not working). So, after so many years being a Samsung fan, I have been felled by poor Samsung quality. Makes me want to go back to HP/Apple and Motorola phones.
