If you have already tried spinning poi these are a great addition all the fun without needing miles of space take a little bit of mastering but once done just as much fun and flames n games were great they ran out of the colour I ordered so rather than just send me a random set they contacted me with a list of what they had so I could choose myself then made sure it arrived when they had originally said not a few days later :-)
