Very nice alternative to standard small dumbbells. My only issue is that one is slightly larger than the other and I find that annoying. They are well made and I like the way the sand shifts in them when you move them. I use them a lot in my Mat Pilates classes. I have them from the same company in 3 and 4 pounds.

More compact than another medicine balls that makes it easier to use with one or two hands. Purchased to help my son train his throw ins for soccer. Also use it for core and arm exercises. Very durable, comfortable to hold, not rough on your hands, and has bounce if you want to do throw downs. Great functionality for numerous exercises

I've had this for almost a year now, and there's something about it that's very satisfying. I carry it around the house and even bring it in the car for long rides - I can get in some toning as a passenger! I have the 3 lb ball, and it was perfect for me since I had been bedbound for 8 months prior. Now I'm looking for a heavier ball, but will keep this around as it's fun to play with and keep yourself busy with while watching TV.

I like to have a range of weights and resistance bands for my workouts just to keep things different and not too routine. This ball has made a great addition to that. If like me you like to work with weights but can't or haven't moved on to the heavier stuff then this is a nice weight to use. I haven't found it as versatile as a kettle bell but I still feel like you can get a good all round workout done with it. Nice quality and has a good rubber texture to feel like you have a decent grip on it.
