So far, so good! Nails seem to be peeling less and my manicure is growing out quicker as I'm noticing regrowth at my cuticle line faster than normal. As far as hair, it's prob too soon to tell if it is affecting that as it's been just a little under a month. I have a super sensitive stomach and these have not bothered me AT ALL. No weird aftertaste either. Will continue to take!

This is a great product, because it comes in an easy capsule full of nutrients for you body. I was very excited to see it has hyaluronic acid in it which is very important for your skin's health to keep it looking younger. My hair has been extremely healthy lately and my skin appears more alive compared to the dullness I was struggling with. I will definitely purchase these vitamins again!

I must admit, I’m always very skeptical of products like this, but I was pleasantly surprised with this! I love the style of the bottle and in a months time, my nails and hair are growing faster! I like that this is a once a day type of deal and I’m very pleased with how it’s been working out thus far.

There are so many things I love about this product, first of which is the packaging. I love that they took time to make it look cute instead of boring! Secondly, it has made my hair SO SHINY, not to mention my nails are growing like crazy. Love love love it!
