I’ve had this robot for a month or so now. I have a busy household with three pets. I was quite skeptical about robot cleaners in general but being time poor decided to purchase this one after doing some research. It has exceeded my expectations by a long way. My hard floors and carpets are cleaned to a very high standard. It’s not perfect it doesn’t replace the need to get the hoover out for a deeper clean. But it keeps on top of the cleaning and my floors and carpet look fresh and clean without needing to get the big hoover out every day and with the amount of pet hair in this house that is saying something. I have deep pile carpet and it works well pulling up the pile. The mopping function itself I am amazed at. The floors are scrubbed clean by this machine. It does a good job of cleaning and drying the pads too. In fact this machine takes care of itself really with the emptying of the water and dust. It’s really minimal maintenance. I’m also able to use the robot on the first floor by carrying it upstairs and creating a separate map. It works away from the dock and it comfortably hoovers upstairs without needing to recharge on the dock. It’s a great machine. It’s let down in my view slightly by an extremely unintuitive app and set up instructions that were confusing. Mine didn’t map automatically either so it was a faff getting this set up and working. But now it’s set up, it’s a breeze. It will randomly occasionally not return to the dock or you will get cleaning interrupted messages where it stops for no good reason but these are few and far between. The performance of this machine far outweighs the glitches and very annoying app. I am pleased I brought this machine it has been well worth the money. My floors are a lot cleaner and it saves a lot of time.

A great robot! If you are searching for a robot vacuum and mop that will do it all, is easy to set up, manages obstacles with ease, easy to run and edit then look no further. After unboxing and setting up the base station and robot the fast mapping took around 10-15mins for an 8 room floor. What is great about this is that you then have the opportunity to edit by adding no zones, furniture, floor types and then choosing the order of rooms the robot will clean. We had the robot up and out cleaning within 30mins of unpacking! The map gets further refined as the robot cleans. Vacuuming is very good and the carpets look great. You have 4 different levels of power you can set from quiet to max intensity. Is it perfect, no. Little bits can be missed close to the edges but I would say that it gets around 98%. You can always send the robot back out to do a separate room or even a set zone in a room so it’s not really an issue. Mopping - our kitchen floor with our kids and cat looks clean all the time now. We haven’t had any major spills or dried stains but on normal use it is very good and I like how the robot cleans its mops. You can set the robot to either vacuum and mop at the same time or vacuum then mop. The latter takes long but gives a better outcome if you want a deeper clean. The robot is easy to manage via the app and scheduling tasks is super easy. Plus one great feature that isn’t using mentioned is that you can set the robot to charge during off peak hours. Our robot easily completes a full vacuum and mop on a single charge of our 8 rooms. Downsides - it can’t get every where and struggles with metal chair legs that are connected. Make sure you back up your maps as it is easy to delete it when trying to edit if you are not careful. The app makes this easy to do. Overall we are super happy.

What I loved: This robot vacuum has officially replaced me as the hardest-working member of the house. The suction power is insane — 20,000Pa feels like it could pull dirt straight out of another dimension. It handles carpets, hard floors, edges, and pet hair like a champ. The mopping is brilliant too. Proper scrubbing, not that sad “drag a wet cloth around” that cheaper robots do. Floors come out actually clean, not “optimistically damp.” Obstacle handling is superb — it climbs thresholds, avoids cables, and doesn’t get stuck pretending it’s trapped in a smooth hallway. Mapping is fast and incredibly accurate. The base station is pure wizardry: self-emptying, self-washing, self-drying. Basically takes care of itself. I barely even remember that vacuuming used to be a thing. What made me sigh loudly: Now the house is always cleaner than my life. Should you buy it? Absolutely. If you want a robot vacuum/mop combo that actually replaces manual cleaning, this is one of the best on the market. Genuinely impressive performance and worth every penny for the time saved. Powerful suction. Fantastic mopping. Brilliant obstacle handling. Self-maintains like a tiny clean freak. If this robot were a person, it’d be the colleague who finishes all their work early and asks if you need help. Would 100% recommend — especially for homes with pets, kids, or anyone who’s just tired of vacuuming forever.

Worked amazingly for 6 weeks then went completely mad. I can’t explain how many hours I’ve spent trying to troubleshoot and fix it. Way more than I would have spent hoovering myself. It’s beyond frustrating and after reading trustpilot, I am not alone. Do yourself a favour and buy a much less expensive and more reliable model. The one I have is literally useless.

Really great quality piece of kit. I've had it running for several months now on a 3 day a week vac & mop cycle on a 37sq metre open plan room with hard floors and rug and they are spotless. Even the waste water tank is remaining mostly clear as it really keeps on top of the cat fluff and dirt. The X50 (affectionately known in this house as 'Vlad the Inhaler') was a breeze to set up and the app is really good, too. It just seems to know where your pet areas are and spends extra time there. It senses where the rugs are and turns up the suction and turns off the mop. You can tell it to do spot cleaning and teach it to drop the turret to get under low areas. Amazing. A lot of thought has gone in to how this works. Really impressed.

Really impressed with this. Obviously doesn’t pick up debris chewed up by dogs but once that is removed by hand the robot does a great job and leaves the carpets looking good. Fairly quiet, dogs don’t get upset with it. Saves me from no end of aches and pains.

I’ve been using the Dreame X50 Ultra Complete for approximetly 3 monhts now, and it transforms daily cleaning. Its 20 000 Pa suction easily tackles crumbs, my lovely cat Latte's pet hair, and fine dust—even on carpets, with no loss of suction power. The smart ProLeap retractable legs let it climb up to 6 cm thresholds, effortlessly crossing rugs and slight level changes. It even uses VersaLift sensors to clean under low furniture as low as 8.9 cm. The self-cleaning dock is a sanity-saver: it empties the dustbin, washes, and dries mop pads at 80 °C using hot water and UV sterilisation, refills tanks, and even handles detergent. No daily maintenance needed! Navigation is precise: I mapped a 50 m² kitchen and living area in under 12 minutes. The robot identifies objects like wires and rugs via AI-enhanced DToF scanning, avoiding most obstacles. On tile and laminate, it mops and vacuums in one pass, leaving floors spotless. Only drawbacks: battery lasts ~90 minutes in normal mode (less than Dreame claims), and voice commands sometimes mishear. But overall, cleaning and convenience justify the investment. Full automation with serious suction power—highly recommend for busy households. It's actually a much better quality product than I expected.

Unfortunately, I'm not satisfied with this product. It's very clunky and doesn't clean well. I've used a different product once before and it was much, much better and much cheaper. If this product is like this, it definitely doesn't live up to its price; it's too expensive. It doesn't clean well, I'm sorry.

I have to say, this robot cleaner is one of the best i have ever used. The design is beautiful, modern, and very practical. its PERFORMANCE is outstanding whether vacuuming carpets or moping the hard floors, the results are simply excellent. the suction power is incredibly strong and removes dust and dirt effortlessly, leaving the carpet/surfaces perfectly clean. compared to other competing brands, this vacuum clearly stands out in terms of efficiency, quality, and overall performance. from personal experience, i highly recommend this robot. powerful, reliable, and absolutely worth the investment.

This device is outstanding. It’s absolutely new type of vacuum robots. I couldn’t imagine that progress. It does vacuuming, washing, making funny pictures of pets, recognizing furniture, cables, gives advises, cleaning never was that easy. I scheduled it for night quiet mode and my house is clean every morning. Just a dream!

Robot was working great for around 5 months, after that it started acting weird and stopped working. It couldn't find his base station anymore and it would get stuck on doorways around 2cm in height that it was going over easily before that. I tried everything to fix it, but nothing helped. Tried eveything, including: - Factory reset - Robot reset - Map reset - Cleaning the sensors on the robot and the base - Etc At the end, I just ended up with a faulty unit. I won't buy their products anymore. It's a shame, as by pure functionalities it is one of the best on the market.
