We have decided to upgrade from our older model of the roborock to this Saros 10. Already being very pleased with the older model, it was a very pleasant surprised to discover the many ways roborock has improved. One thing to look out for is that the docking station is quite big so make sure you have a good space for it. But it looks so elegant that it does not matter where it is. We have found a space for it right by the front room door. The robot works very well. Suction is great and it really gets to all possible corners it can. Its really good to take care and walk around with your robot the first time it is creating the map to catch any potential spots for it to get stuck. Obstacle prevention is very impressive and you get a photo of each obstacle it has identified and avoided. This means the robot hardly ever gets trapped. However, it sometimes fails to pick up smaller flatter bits on the floor (it is not completely fool proof) but good enough. It has been especially helpful when we set it to go upstairs where kids leave a lot of toys in their rooms. It was able to navigate that while still cleaning thoroughly. Mopping is good. I like the fact that it goes back to the station every 15-20 minutes to wash the mop. However, i would recommend to buy some extra mopping pads which can go in the laundry for a more thorough clean. I bought a few and change twice or three times a week. The biggest upgrade for me is the automatic water and detergent dispenser. At the beginning of the cleaning cycle, the robot fills the water and detergent in its tank from the docking station tanks. It also empties both the dust and dirty water by itself in the tank. This means I only have to fill/empty the docking station water tanks every 2-3 days. I have created a schedule so that it does a cleaning cycle every night so that I wake up in the morning to a lovely clean floor. The noise level is sufficiently low that it does not wake me up during the night while it's going. The only shame is that instead of a dust bin, this model once again relies on disposable dust bags. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the dust bag keeps for quite a while before needing replacement. This would probably be different for pet owners with pets who shed fur. Overall, we are very pleased with the roborock. While maybe on the pricier side, you do get what you pay for. Our last model has lasted us years and I believe this one will too. Coupled together with all the functionality, it is a great product.

This is top end cleaner. We had an iRobot vacuum a few years ago and this is in a completely different league. It cleans better and has far more suck. It mops well. Most of all it never bumps into things. It’s also very simple maintain and is not fiddly. The mapping is very effective and the app super easy to use. As for durability and value for money, I don’t know whether a cheaper one would work as well, but I do know this one does. It is annoying that it doesn’t come with even a sample of the cleaning fluid though. These should be bundled together.

Well what can I say! Having had previous robot mops I was very impressed with this one. It’s set up and use isn’t too bad but does take a bit of adjustment due to the options available. It looks very stylish and is of quality build! Its mopping ability is great at reaching the corners and edges and its ability to self clean is fantastic. It easily finishes my home with plenty of battery life left. I have not managed to get the arm to do much yet but with regards to its ability on carpets and hard floors it surpasses previous robots I’ve had. It is an expensive price and time will tell as to how it holds up but one week in and I’m very impressed.

I’ve only owned this for a month but am very pleased with it. I was worried the vibrating mop wouldn’t be as good as a spinning one but it cleans very well. The caveat is that I set it to intensively vacuum the whole floor then intensively mop and wash its mops every 10m2. These settings mean it takes 4-5 hours to clean the 90m2 downstairs of our house - that’s a long time but we’re not doing the manual work and as long as you set it up to work when you’re out it’s not a nuisance. You do have to fill and empty the fresh and waste water containers 2-3 times a week on these intensive settings. It is however a quick and quite satisfying job. The vacuum is very good on hard floor (most of my house) and ok on carpet. Our dogs and children play on the beach and bring most of it back to the house. Our hard floor (engineered wood and slate) has never felt so clean under barefeet. Our medium pile rugs look good but deeper dust and sand will stay behind as evidenced in the canister of a stick vacuum used following the Saros 10’s run. I have it on the lowest level of obstacle avoidance which seems fine but we pick up toys and also lift the dining chairs a couple of times a week to give it an easier life. I can’t comment on longevity. Seems well put together. Consumables seem a higher priced compared to others. I payed £799.

For now I can give 2 stars because The robot arm not working properly. Looks good but useless to use. Dropping everything and for one week off use collect just 3 items from floor I give 5 stars for cleaning vacuum perfect working on any floor type. Carpets and tiles wood panels For moping and vacuum i don't like the job because we have dog and white tiles after shower the hairs and water after use the robot the job isn't good. Best set-up is first vacuum rooms and after that moping Together not working good because dust hair get wet and robot can remove properly the dirt I think to return this robot and purchase other brand with 6 moped 2 for kitchen 2 for bathroom and 2 for others rooms I can't see any good point of the robot arm not working stupid things if they promise to do some upgrades updates they should be doing that before the start selling something with not working for that price is not sure if it's value for money 2 weeks later I don't think it's point to spend 1000 pounds for this robot the arm not working. We have 3600 sq feet tiled floor. One level, 3 dogs that drop a lot of hair. The Roborock is a revelation. You can set it to vacuum on different settings for different rooms, same with the wash, including intense wash for dirtier areas. The app is detailed, you need to spend a bit of time on it, but you can edit spaces, hide zones you don’t want cleaned. You can separate open plan spaces. It doesn’t bang into anything, goes under furniture and gently nudges open a door if it’s left slightly ajar. It empties itself, washes itself and charges itself. Out floors are spotless!

Before I bought this i thought it was insane to spend this much on a robot vacuum cleaner, but this exceeded all my expectations. Everything is super well designed, one of the few products I can't even come up with an improved design for. It's incredibly effective, easy to use, cleans better than I do, and it's probably the best thing I've purchased. It really improves my living, I'm able to get it to clean my downstairs on my journey home when I'm bringing unexpected company, I'm finding myself spending time wiping down tables etc and just knocking the dirt on the floor before going to bed, knowing that the morning scheduled clean will pick it up, I don't feel bad cooking/preparing food right after cleaning because I can simply call the vacuum to clean only the area I'm in. It's also kind of fun to just drive around with the remote control feature too. The only issues I've had is its drive is not powerful enough to push my doors open (my bathroom door can block the hallway for it), and once or twice it got jammed sucking up something that came in the mail, but it's still orders of magnitude better than cleaning myself. My life is so much better after buying it. I just hope it lasts a long time!

È poco che lo stiamo usando. All'inizio sembrava complicato, ma poi con la pratica e il ibretto di istruzioni si è risolto. Lavaggio perfetto, va dove lo imposti e rispetto al nostro vecchio Rumba siamo tornati dal medio evo al momento. Ottimo acquisto. Aspirazione e lavaggio perfetto. Non lascia scoperto ogni mt dell'appartamento. Un bel lavoro risparmiato di pulizia. Soddisfatti. Consiglio l'acquisto.

Nous avons deux Labrador et... on a un peu abandonné l'idée d'avoir une maison propre. Mais quand même. Il y a trois ans j'ai acheté un Roborock S5 avec fonction serpillère. La technologie n'était clairement pas au point et je me suis dit, pourquoi pas prendre ce modèle. Après déballage et test, ce robot est vraiment le top. La fonction serpillère parvient à quasiment effacer les traces de pattes / boue de nos chiens. Alors ça n'est pas aussi propre qu'après un passage à la main, encore que. Franchement c'est très bien. De plus je le trouve plus silencieux que mon S5 même en mode aspiration forte. Et le top, c'est que là où mon S5 n'arrivait pas à aspirer mon tapis, celui-ci passe dessus sans problème et là aussi, pour un robot ça fait clairement le job. Ca ne dispense pas d'un ménage hebdomadaire mais pour un nettoyage quotidien j'ai trouvé le robot parfait !

Ich habe mir den Roborock QV 35S vor einiger Zeit zugelegt und bin insgesamt wirklich sehr zufrieden mit dem Gerät. Besonders positiv finde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Für das, was man bekommt, ist der Preis absolut fair. Auch die Optik gefällt mir sehr gut – modern, schlicht und hochwertig. Im Betrieb überzeugt der Saugroboter mit einer angenehm niedrigen Lautstärke, sodass er auch während des Alltags nicht störend ist. Die App-Anbindung funktioniert einwandfrei und die Integration ins Apple HomeKit ist ein großes Plus für alle, die ihr Smart Home darüber steuern. Die App-Oberfläche ist übersichtlich und einfach zu bedienen, wodurch sich Reinigungspläne und Einstellungen schnell anpassen lassen. Auch die Saugleistung kann sich sehen lassen – Schmutz und Staub werden zuverlässig aufgenommen. Die Wischfunktion ist ebenfalls praktisch und sorgt für ein insgesamt sauberes Ergebnis im Alltag. Ein paar kleinere Schwächen gibt es aber: Sehr dünne oder schmale Regal- bzw. Kommodenbeine erkennt der Roboter nicht immer zuverlässig. Außerdem ist die Hinderniserkennung bei Kabeln nicht ganz so gut wie beworben – hier ist er mir schon zweimal hängen geblieben. Trotz dieser kleinen Kritikpunkte bin ich insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Für den Preis bekommt man ein starkes Gesamtpaket mit vielen smarten Funktionen. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Estoy encantadisima con este robot, vengo de una roomba j9 plus, que se supone que es un robot de alta gama. Pero no hay comparación con este, una gran diferencia . Primero la aplicación, la de la romba es muy básica, esta, vas viendo en todo momento la limpieza en el mapa a tiempo real, ves por la zona que va y lo que le queda, la otra solo te ponía aspirando salón, y no sabías ni por donde iba el robot. En la aplicación una diferencia muy grande, tiene muchas cosas para ajustable hasta el tipo de suelo, alfombras, para saltarlas... es genial. Si nos vamos a la potencia de aspiración es una pasada. La roomba aspiraba muy muy bien, pero esta la supera con creces. En cuanto al fregado, estoy supercontenta, tiene mopas giratorias que en la primera pasada quita las manchas, si tuvieras manchas muy incrustadas, la pones a fregar con doble pasada y salen seguro. El mantenimiento es muy fácil. Según lo k la pongas a limpiar, pero el deposito te puede durar 2 o 3 días. Muy fácil y rápido de rellenar, y el de vaciado igual. En cuanto a la limpieza va genial , las mopas se limpian solas y se quedan muy limpias, las lava con agua caliente y después las seca. He estado mirando muchos robots, porque yo era de roombas siempre, pero esta última me decepcionó, cuando salía a limpiar había veces que se perdía, y el fregado no era muy bueno, ya k iba siempre limpiando la casa con la mopa sin enjuagar, lo k hacia que las rayas del suelo se me pusieran negras. Esto no pasa con esta, ya que las mopas las va lavando durante la limpieza. La puedes programar que las lave cada 10 minutos, cada 20 o cada 30. Espero os sirva mi comentario, llevo 1 mes y medio con ella, y estupenda, y eso que no tenía mucha confianza en roborock. Sería también el desconocimiento, yo siempre era de roombas, pero vaya, supera a roomba con diferencia.

Fácil conectarlo,aplicación muy completa y fácil de usar. Robot en la cocina pongo dos pasadas ,el comedor con una pasada ya está perfecto. Aspira,friega,el suelo se seca en seguida. He usado varios robots de alta gama en mi casa y sin duda me quedo con éste. No podría añadir ni siquiera ninguna mejora. Para mí es perfecto. Al momento de escribir reseña llevo usándolo 3 meses.
