From past experience online, you never know if the item size is correct. I'm 5'9, 170, and medium is what I normally wear. I purchased this in medium, and it was a great fit, roomy but not too roomy. Nice quality. And, the zipper does zip down far enough to use the restroom in the middle of the night with no problems.

These are so perfect for my husband during cancer treatment . They keep him warm and comfortable.

My wife likes to bedroom very cold at night so I keep a few onesies on hand. This was a great buy. It has sweatpants/sweatshirt feel that's warm but not overly heavy. Has plenty of room without being super baggy. I like the oversized hood that I can pull down over my eyes when I go to bed. I may buy another in a different color.

I'm 5'5" 150lbs. I bought a large. It was just long enough out of the bag, and quite roomy in the belly and thighs. However, when I washed it, it shrunk a size and now it rides up in an uncomfortable way. I should've bought an XL for length, but I didn't realize this until after I removed the tags and washed it, which the tags say "no refund if tags removed" so there is that. I don't understand this sizing when the average male worldwide is 5'7" which means the largest size may or may not be tall enough for the average male.It is very soft material, and thin like a light hoodie which is nice because it isn't overly warm. Most adult onsies I've found are fleece, which is way too warm for me.The hood is very generous which I really like. If I pull it all the way up over my head, the front edge overlaps the top of the zipper and still has room on the sides. I really do love an oversized hood for sure.The zipper is single stitch, so I guess I'll see how long that lasts.The cuffs at the feet are VERY loose, the elastic is basically pointless so take that for what you will. The cuffs at the wrists are just what one would expect from a hoodie so that's good, they stay up when I push them up.The sleeves are short as well, after washing they fit about like a medium hoodie.I gave it 3 stars because it shrinks in a weird way, but is otherwise decent for the price.

Haven’t washed it yet so can’t speak to how it’ll launder but seems fairly well sewn, and with significant polyester count it probably won’t shrink much/at all. Tried it on and it feels comfy enough for regular wear as pajamas or in-house only lounging. I’m dinging one star because I *think* photos used by designer/seller misrepresent garment’s actual overall tailoring with a waist that comes in a bit kind of like a belted jumpsuit. I ordered the XL size since I’m 6’1” with long limbs so I was prepared for a looser waist than I’d prefer but prioritized long-enough legs and sleeves. Fit is good re: sleeves and legs but the waist is just as loose as they appear in every other photo I’ve seen of all the other ‘adult onesie’ garments I didn’t buy because they didn’t seem to have any visible waist cinching. Laid out garment to see if it would appear semi cinched at waist if I was a larger dude but nope. Wasn’t planning on wearing this out as a regular outfit but was hoping it’d be fitted/fashionable enough to keep on for a quick trip to the grocery store or something on a lazy Sunday or whatever. Nope. This is strictly indoor attire for (most) grownups, unless rocking the overgrown toddler look out and about is your thing, which is cool—no judgement—but not what I was shopping for with this purchase. Not worth the hassle of returning but figured taking the time to write this might save someone else from wasting their cash.

After only 4 washings the seam on the crotch unraveled. Fixed but wish the construction was a bit better.
