I have my office line linked to my computer, so even when I’m not in the office, I can answer calls from my computer. Previously, handling numerous calls this way was quite frustrating until I discovered this phone. It has excellent volume, a clear microphone, and the material feels great in hand. Overall, it's a high-quality product.

another cable for USB C to Audio jack 3.5mm. I hope they include USB C to audio jack since newer phone does not come with audio jack

its super cheap and is not very loud and you have to do things in a specific order or it doens't work. I can use it to make calls but every time I answer one it doens't work and I have to use the phone itself because its confusing like do I pick up the receiver then tap answer on my phone or do I tap the answer button first it seems every time I try I do it wrong. I wish the phone would ring and you could just pick it up/hang up without interacting with the phone at all. I got it because I thought it would be simple but it makes things more complicated but at least I don't have too hold a cancer machine to my ear on long calls I make. It just needs a better speaker and some software. I would pay five times as much if I could just pick it up when the cell phone rings. I hate how a the want 60$ for a landline that only cost 10$ when I installed it in the 80s. I asked and they said well we updated our lines to fiber optic for better call quality....I couldn't even tell the difference what a joke. Tire of getting ripped off on everything with a bait and switch....even food. Then getting taxed 20 times on every dollar I spend. They are such crooks. A local government is like the old cable companies that charge you 20% for service and then you get a 90$ bill full of hidden illegal charges.

Hello. It sounds like a great product, but it's not as simple to use as it should be. The issue is that when a call comes in or you try to make one, iTunes automatically opens up and starts playing, then a lot of work needs to be done to stop it so you can use the phone. This is a common problem with all these kinds of accessories, I check the Apple forums often and it's been a problem for years, with no solution. Apple has yet to offer a solution. Shame on them.

We got this as a way to feel like we still have just a landline at our mountain summer camp. But even with the proper adapter it didn't connect to an iPhone and it is too flimsy to stay put on a desk when you lift up the handset. Not worth it for the feeling of being in the mountains without cell phones.

The cord from the handset to the base is a long enough so when you pick up the phone, it pulls the base out of place. The microphone on the hand that works, but the receiver only works if you’re playing audio from your phone. It does not work when placing a call, the button on the handset that is supposed to answer calls does nothing .

I answer all my calls with this. Perfect volume, and the phone doesn’t heat up.If you connect it directly to the phone you can us the hang up button that comes with in it to finish the call.And you could use Velcro tapes for the base, that way the base stay steady.

It was great mic/sound quality, if I just plug the phone directly into the computer/phone and not through the base.
