Perfect
I did use a 1000W bestva which worked well but was too strong for my needs and I had switched to ones given to me. I decided to try this one since it had a good price and I find that it's perfect for my needs.I grow cactus seedlings in a 3x3 tent and very quickly, I saw some increase in size when they hadn't for quite sometime with the previous tow lighting systems. Their colors over all improved where some are a good dark green rather than red from over exposure. If you're doing something with faster growing plants that tolerate more light, you may need more than one.

Spend 20 more dollars and get a reliable USA made light
For the price, I suppose it’s an “okay” deal. However, the light I purchased began to make a reasonably alarming noise and with many people and pets in my house I would not risk keeping this. It also was a very odd shade of pink, far from full spectrum.

WAIT A MINUTE YOU GOTTA READ THIS
I had 2 flourscent shop lights and I wrapped blue saran wrap around one and red around the other light.and my plants grew and bloomed(tropical plants) including azelas. Can anyone tell mehow this happened? I mean I was going to buy a bunch of plant lights, but the saran wrpa worked.It really did but why?

Unit arrived packaged well. It appears well built. Light come with hanger wires and an adjustable support line. Light is bright and appears reddish in color. Housing is plastic, and has cooling fans, it has an on-off switch on back. Power cord is a separate piece and plugs into back of light. Plug does not feel like it seats as tight as I would like. Time will tell on plants and how they grow.

Lights don’t last 😕
Lights worked great at first, I didn’t use them at first but the last month I have been growing some tomatoes and pea plants. Just went and checked on them and I noticed the lights aren’t as red as they normally are 😕 I added two pictures one it’s much brighter red lights and the second with less red lights.

Get a little hot
I am have to switch out to T5 lights to see of they aren't as hot. I like the lights and the brightness but I can't keep the room cool with them.

Worth the cost!
I have a Jasmine and Hibiscus plant I bring in each winter and with this light after trying a few, it is awesome. So far I have continuous budding and flowering and the color is deep. Happy Planter and can’t wait to start my veggies indoors for spring planting.
