Tastes good and unsure if it’s a placebo effect or not, but sleeping better overall, although hormones are peaking and troughing….husband it’s about to trial see how it goes….

Very poor product
Doesn't actually tell you how much magnesium there is. It just says "1000mg magnesium" per 2ml, but this is very unlikely to be actual elemental magnesium (also, if it is, that's way too high) It does not tell you what % of that (which is likely the total amount of magnesium glycinate, NOT actual magnesium) is magnesium - which any basic magnesium glycinate supplement should do.

Tastes nice.
Lovely flavour too soon to say how well it works but taken three days and can feel the effect in my sleep. Only issue is the droplet applicator is not very strong, so have to go back to fill for the full 1ml dose the holder uses. Which can be tricky. This is why I have given 4 stars instead of 5.
