Customers deserve transparency and value for the money they spend. I would never recommend this brand to anyone, and I have decided not to purchase clothing online anymore. It's much better to visit a physical store where you can check the fabric and quality before buying. In many shops, you can even bargain, and where bargaining isn't possible, you can at least expect a certain level of quality.
