A good option if you can't fit a full size dishwasher
We bought a house in an area that the tap water is hard. The house does not have a water filtration system and the dishwasher that was here when we bought it did not work and was caked inside with deposits. We decided that replacing it was futile and as our kitchen in this home is fairly small we needed the storage space over a dishwasher. We still wanted the convenience of a dishwasher and a countertop model seemed like our best option. I have to admit that there are pluses and minuses to a unit such as this but I feel the pluses win out in the end. I had back surgery years ago and being bent over the sink washing dishes can get extremely uncomfortable even after a short time. This allows us to load dishes as we use them and then run when full. It is helping us keep up with the dishes and is saving my back the pain of handwashing. Granted, we still must manually wash the larger items that will not fit but it is still much faster to get through the chore with less pain for me. The machine can either be manually filled with water or hooked to the sink with an adapter. We went with the manual fill as the machine is right next to the sink and we just extend our sprayer to the fill point and turn on the water until it is full. It saves us from filling the included pitcher 3 times to wash a load. The machine beeps when full to let you know so you do not overfill it. Room temperature water can be used as the unit has a heater for the water built in. For those that will be hooking directly to the sink, please note the manual states to shut the water off after the load is completed. The drain hose is an ample length so if the machine is not right next to the sink it should still reach as long as you are not placing it too far away. Even at that, the drain hose can be placed into a bucket if the sink is too far. The biggest warning I can think of is that the clamp to hold the drain hose in place on the washer is a bit of a bear to get tightened due to how close it must be to the housing of the machine. We had bought another model before this one that was broken upon receipt. Unpacking the previous one was much more involved than this one. I say this only to note that unboxing and setup was very straight forward and quite simple with the exception of the aforementioned clamp for the drain hose. The manual does not show the precise way to connect the silverware tray and that was a bit of a puzzle for a moment but was easy enough to figure out. The machine is no noisier than a full size machine. I feel it is actually quieter than a full size. It has a good selection of cycles to choose from with the only thing I would like added is to be able to turn the heated dry off on the longer cycles. I would believe the most popular question people have is "How well does it clean dishes?" I have to say it does a really good job. I have purposely put dishes with dried on food in and had most come out sparkling clean. It does miss the odd spot however that is most likely due to me playing tetris to get more in and pretty much being guilty of overloading. I recommend more loads over fuller loads to keep you from rewashing or hand washing items again. In other reviews, people noted that the water from the top was more of a "trickle". While it is not like the power sprayers in full size machines, it puts out a fair amount of water. It does not cover the entire area which I thought would lead to the upper items in the silverware tray to come out dirty. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it did clean. The only real issue we have had so far is that the second load of dishes came out with a film on them. We are unsure if this was due to the detergent we used, if we used too much or if there was residue from the test run the manufacturer does on the machines. We have not had a repeat of that since that load of dishes. That does remind me that the inside of the machine may be damp. It does warn you of this in the quick start guide and manual. The door is held shut magnetically and does not lock to my knowledge. It holds very tightly and I do not feel it will ever pop open during a load. I actually prefer this as the first machine that we returned was due to the PLASTIC door latch was broken upon receipt. There is no latch on this one to break which in my opinion is a plus. We like the different cycles for the machine and will be using the fruit cycle often. The size is also right for us as well. We have just a hair over 18" under our cabinets. This machine fits nicely under them with about an inch to spare. The previous machine had incorrect measurements listed and would not fit under our cabinets. I must warn that the machine will not take a dinner plate over 10" unless laid at an angle. To summarize, we really like the machine as it lessens our daily chore load. It is not an all inclusive solution but augments very well when properly used. It is saving me from an aching back and since it sits on the countertop, loading does not require bending down as a full sized machine requires. If you are in the market for such a machine, I feel this one should be on your final list of choices due to size, features, good performance, ease of use and versatility in placement.

I love my dishwasher!!
04/20/22 Update Everything still working as it's supposed to but my dish rack is now rusting and falling apart. I never did anything to it, never bent it, never cut into the plastic wrap around it..nothing...but it's rusting and falling apart. I need a new one and I hope I can get one otherwise I have a large paperweight on my hands. ******************************* 06/30/2021 UPDATE It's been almost 4 months since I've owned this and I have never been happier. I use this dishwasher at least twice a day every single day. I use powder detergent from the big box store with a blue logo and I use their store brand. It's the best stuff ever and very inexpensive to buy. I have changed one thing, I no longer use the magnet to keep the door ajar to dry the interior and dishes. The reason being is that I didn't think about keeping the seal moist and not letting it dry out. It's imperative the seal stays supple so it work properly. Also I buy a dishwasher cleaner from Amazon so it will help eliminate hard water deposits in the machine. I buy a little bag, about $7, and it lasts me several uses since I use such a small amount whereas 1 bag is normal for a normal size dishwasher. Don't listen to the naysayers and negative reviews. Yes it's small...it's a small dishwasher..don't expect to fill it to the brim and get everything sparkling clean. You have to arrange everything to make sure the jet spray hits everything. I have found out one thing, I was pouring water in the machine yesterday, got the beeps and realized that I didn't turn the machine on first. So..it's good to know it will let me know it's full of water without it being turned on...good to know. Again, best purchase I've made and I highly recommend it. Next to my portable washing machine I bought a few months ago, this is my new love. I cannot say enough good things about it. I call her Rosey after the Jetson’s robot. She’s sleek, sexy and cleans. She didn’t come cheap though that’s for sure. ******************************** When I unpacked Rosey, I noticed some rusty looking stuff in the bag on the side of the machine towards the bottom back. When I opened the plastic wrap there was a hint of rust smell. This worries me just a bit. I’m sure most of everything in Rosey is plastic so I’m curious as to what is metal and rusts especially in a dishwasher. She did have some moisture and water droplets in it and I knew they tested it beforehand, I just thought they might have let it dry first before tightly packing it up to ship. I wonder how long it stayed wrapped with water in it before I got it. As I said this worries me and I hope I won’t have problems in the future. I did buy the extra warranty just in case. Rosey is quick, thorough and a lifesaver. I have a bad back and our kitchen sink is low, I’m 5’9” and I found myself leaning on my arms while washing dishes; I’d also take breaks before I get done. Now I don’t have to be in pain while washing the dishes. It’s just my 86 yr old mother and myself so there isn’t a lot of dishes but enough to do 2 loads a day. I want also to comment that yes it’s a small machine but it will fit the lid to my 8qt Instant Pot or my Dutch oven with no problems. Some are complaining that the machine is "too small" "so tiny" "...can't fit my dishes" and I call them whiners. It's a small machine...you get what you pay for so don't expect to get HUGE loads of dishes done; it's not going to happen. What needs to happen is the person needs to learn how to play Tetris and Jengo and learn how to stack and lean dishes. Do more loads as well. You can't expect to get all the dishes done at once if it's completely full and the bottom sprayer arm can't spray the dishes above it. I have noticed that if the cart is too heavy with dishes the sprayer arm will catch on the bottom of the basket and not rotate. I have played around with the basket and I have figured out that either I can distribute the weight in towards the back of the basket OR there’s just enough room to place something, a small plastic or rubber thing but not sure what since I haven’t done it yet, under the front left wheel and that will lift the basket just enough to give clearance to the sprayer arm on the bottom. As I said, I haven’t tried it yet but I will one day. Meanwhile, the top sprayer arm is a hit and miss during rotation as well and I’m not sure why. I have included a picture of the top sprayer arm and with a twist of the middle the arm will come out of the washer and you have to make sure you line up everything just right to put it back. I took it out, inspected it, no blockage, rinsed it out and put it back but to no avail it still rotates intermittently or slowly. I have to assume is the water pressure that rotates it, just like the bottom arm, and that it just isn’t getting enough pressure maybe. It works and gets the job done. I haven't had any dirty dishes after washing them so I can't complain. I have read and reread thru all the reviews and learned quite a few things from other people’s experience with the machine. There were a few people who were confused thinking the whole middle piece comes out of the bottom metal filter and what I found out is that the plastic middle OF the bigger round middle piece comes out and makes it easier to clean inside the filter. I have attached a pic of what I’m talking about. Also, the whole pouring water in the top hole in the machine thing is brilliant BUT it’s design is flawed as more water would splash up out on top than IN the machine and when filling the machine 3 and ½ pitchers full of water some is bound to end up all over the place. I saw a review that used a collapsible silicone basin with drain over the hole and that’s how she fills her machine but I got to wondering about a canning jar funnel since it’s shorter and wider so I found once on Amazon and ordered it. As I continued to read the reviews I found someone else who had just done that herself. Two great minds think alike! I’ve attached a pic of that as well. Now yes the machine sucks moisture out with the "Air Fresh" cycle selected and it mostly of dries everything but it’s not completely dry (at least 90%) and I tried to figure out a way to leave the door ajar so air can circulate but nothing would work UNTIL I thought of using a small magnet. I had a refrigerator magnet break on me a while back so I threw the plastic away but kept the magnet. It’s a little rectangle sized magnet and pretty much the same size as the door magnet on the machine. Once the machine is completely done I put the magnet on the machine and close the door…et voila!...the door stays ajar with a crack to circulate air and it keeps the door closed out of the way. The light automatically turns off so I didn’t have to worry about it staying on. JUST make sure you take off the magnet before you start washing. I turned on the machine but it wouldn't let me select a cycle and I thought the machine was broken but then remembered the magnet. I took the magnet off, closed the door and was able to set the cycle and start the machine. Nice feature that it won't let the machine start without the door being tightly closed. Brilliant! Again, a pic is attached as well. I bought two types of detergent, powder and gel, and I can’t really tell a difference between the two when it comes to how well it cleans the dishes. I have read that powder is best if you have hard water and stuck on food since it has enzymes. My water is so hard if I threw it at someone it would kill them; gotta love the water in the desert southwest of Arizona. I do worry about hard water deposits tho as I have to regularly use vinegar in my coffee pot and tea kettle to get rid of it. I’ve read that vinegar is bad for any dishwasher so I’m not sure what to do if problems arise. Oh…I read someone’s review that said they had a problem with the cheap suction cup on the drainage hose so I bought some aquarium suction cups with plastic straps and stuck them on my drainage hose and they work great. Also, one more tip, I added a Command strap on the back side so I can coil up the drainage hose to get it out of the way as needed. Now DON’T do what I did and forget it was there and use the machine…what a mess….lol Overall this is a brilliant piece of kitchen machinery and I’m so so so happy I got it. I plan on babying Rosey and treating her right in hopes that she will last a few years. And before I forget, there is someone on YouTube who has figured out the error codes and he tells you what to do. I will say one thing that’s handy is pushing the Glass button and the Air Fresh button will starting the draining process and that’s really handy to know.

1st impression after 24 hours, 3 loads...LOVE IT!
I'll start with my wish list, just because two things were missing that I think would be great customer service. I know some competitors provide them: (1) 3-5 cleaning tablets to use immediately just to make sure everything works. By providing them in-box, customer doesn't have to buy a large supply, only to be stuck if the machine didn't work. When the machine arrived, I had to open the box entirely to discover I had no cleaning tablets! So off the store I went and bought their smallest package of 14 pods to try out the product; (2) water adding assistance for those tight-under-the-cabinet locations that don't allow the provided water pitcher to pour correctly. Admittedly, I have only had the machine for 24 hours. So this is all about 1st impressions. The set up was super simple. I have a very tiny apartment with limited counter space and a spray hose on my kitchen sink, so I am not able to connect the water source to my faucet. But one of the main reasons I picked this unit is for the water tank feature that runs beautifully without compromising my water pressure for other things like a shower or laundry. It looks good and I've rearranged things to make it fit without too much impact! Just had to get a little creative when filling the tank as the pitcher that arrived with the unit won't fit upright for "the pour". The drain hose that you attach to the back (easy!) is VERY stiff and annoying at first because it's new [cheap] plastic. The tiny suction holder provided is useless until the hose gets warm and after 2 loads, it stays in place just fine! After placing the unit, I ran a short cycle with no dishes and no detergent to make sure everything works. While it runs, the internal light illuminates for some time (I didn't time it, but I'd guess 3- 5 minutes?) then it goes dark. The digital display is very easy to read and you can see the temp. of the water increase during the cycle, and then cool down as well. Running noise is extremely low. There is no cover door to the place where the cleaning pod sits...turned out it wasn't a problem for the running of the machine. After each use, I checked and never saw any residual pod casing. I suppose that confirms that the water was hot enough to truly dissolve it! I was VERY impressed by the cleaning and drying of this little machine! It's true to say that my cookware will never fit in this machine. Nor will the inserts from my Cuisinart air fryer or baking sheets. But that's okay. This little machine took a small combo of 10" white dinner plates, bowls, and coffee mugs along with nine pieces of silverware. I had purposefully reserved plates from three days ago when I had teriyaki sauce/white rice and another pasta-like sauce fully dried. I didn't have any food crusties on the dishes, but residual sauce for sure! I also included three stemless, clear wine glasses. Everything came out so clean and dry. Again, very impressed. Each normal load takes 130 minutes from beginning to end. But I don't care, I'm binge watching. LOL Load # 2 - same! Load #3 - I removed the silverware holder and placed nine drink containers including four Yeti 20-oz tumblers with lids, two coffee mugs, one 12-oz plastic travel wine cup, and two 16-oz drinking glasses. So VERY happy with this purchase. I spent a good time researching online reviews, etc. I selected this unit because of the size and the fact that you don't HAVE TO connect to your sink and keep the water running during the cycle. Each review of this machine had as a "CON" the limited capacity. I was worried about that because if I have a dinner party or if I was lazy (pre-machine) I could easily have ten plates, silverware and glasses add up quickly! I have a bad tendency to order in a lot so my non-cooking stuff builds up. After seeing the capacity of the three loads I ran last night...I'm no longer worried! Yes, I'll still have to hand-wash my cooking stuff. Next dinner party will take me more than one load for sure. For $292.00+ tax, I hope to get at least two full years out of this! I will update this review in the future only if there is a problem or something goes terribly wrong!

It wasn't cheap, but it works without issues.
I purchased this dishwasher about 3 months ago, and have been using it 2-3 times per week since then. I live in a small apartment (about 700 square feet), without much room for large appliances. I was looking for a countertop dishwasher and tried one from another brand. It was about the same width and depth as a standard-size dishwasher, but only tall enough to hold one dish rack. Let's say the name of that manufacturer rhymes with “Tragic Jeff.” That thing leaked on my first attempte to use it, and based on my poor experience with that machine, I was super leery of trying another one. Most of the online reviews for other brands seemed to all have the same bipolar distribution of 1-star “disappointment” vs 5-star “elation” about the machines. This is always a red flag for me, since I can never be sure if reviews are unbiased or paid by the manufacturer. When I found this Farberware dishwasher I hesitated for a few months before purchasing, since there did not seem to be much information about it, and there was a lack of customer reviews. Since receiving it, I have not been disappointed. It is exactly what I need, and it has not given me any problems. After 3 months I don’t regret my decision to purchase, and would recommend it to people in my situation. What I like: -It is of “miniature” size. I typically use luncheon size plates, 9” in diameter, and they fit just fine, but I can see how larger dinner plates might not fit. Pans probably would not fit, either. -It has a window in the door and a light on the inside. Kind of a novelty, but it’s rather fun to watch the dishes get clean. -Rapid and Normal modes. The Normal mode is for typically dirty dishes, and the rapid is less than an hour. -It has a tank. This was a surprise to me when I got the thing. It comes with a pitcher that you can use to pour all of the water needed into the top of the machine at the start of the cycle, without needing to have the supply hose hogging the faucet at the kitchen sink. What I don’t like: - It is of “miniature” utility. There is one row for loading items, and trying to fit too many things (like stacking bowls on top of plates) will just result in the top items not getting clean. - It is of "miniature" ability. The dishes must be pretty clean when loading it- there is no disposal or “pots and pans” mode, like the big washers have. -It doesn’t dry very well. Yes, there is a fan to circulate the air at the end of the Normal cycle, but there is not a heating element get dishes completely dry. (Maybe this a good feature, since there is not the risk of getting plastic lids warped by the heat.) -It beeps. Lets say your load the washer and then head to bed. At the end of the two-hour Normal cycle it beeps to let you know the dishes are clean. Yay for clean dishes, but boo for trying to get to bed early. -The warning sticker. I still have not managed to get the residue off from the top of the machine where a big ‘ol yellow warning sticker was placed. -It does not have a flatware basket, but a grid. The flatware still gets placed vertically, but my dinner knives and dinner forks don’t actually fit. What I’m not sure about: -I’ve owned several Faberware products, and this is the first instruction manual where it is very obvious that it was written in another language, and then translated to English. There are a few grammar errors, and thought most meanings can be inferred, there are a couple of phrases that are incomprehensible. -I’m not a fan of the flatware grid- I saved the basket from the first countertop washer I had tried. (At least that experience wasn’t a total waste.) Otherwise, I’m sure that they can be found on Amazon. -I’m still not sure what all the modes are for. I don’t have to clean baby bottles, and I don’t think I’ll be putting my fruit in there. Air refresh? I have no idea. My personal weirdness: -Since I fell in love with the Tank feature, and not having to use the water supply hose, I wanted to figure a way to reach the tank outlet at the back of the machine without having to pull the machine forward from under my cabinet in order to fill it up. I purchased a silicone dishpan with a drain (from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07S737B7D/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) that sits on top of my machine, and I can fill the pan and allow the water to drip into the top of my machine without having to pull the machine out and push it back every time I use it. -I have only ever used liquid dishwasher detergent (Cascade Complete), which works really well for me, and I have never tried powder detergent. Final take: To me, it was very much worth the money, and I do recommend. Attached are pictures of my machine, and scans from the Manufacturer’s Manual. I plan on stopping back to update this review over the next few months, and if any issues arise.

I am absolutely ecstatic, sooooo happy with this little dishwasher! <3 <3 <3
I've seriously never been so excited over an appliance before! Long detailed review below if you want the whole spiel! I mulled over buying a mini dishwasher for way too long, looked at so many different ones & read so many reviews -- I am ridiculously happy to finally have this cute little Farberware dishwasher to help us out! The stress of having dishes building up in the sink in our tiny apartment was such a source of frustration between me & my bf, it was just hard to keep up after a long days work & especially during the pandemic when we'd been cooking at home 3 meals a day. It might be small, but even taking the edge off that pile of dishes has made a HUGE difference. Everything works really well & it fits nicely on the countertop next to our sink, without cramping our access to the sink, and I also love that this one has the option to fill the tank with a pitcher so we didn't have to hook it up to our faucet. Details on it below: Functionally, all the buttons, settings & parts are very user friendly & easy to find. It beeps clearly once the tank is full, so you can easily use your pull down kitchen faucet if you have one, or the pitcher works great too! For reference, we used a regular ECOS powder dishwashing detergent & it works great. Size wise, for example we were able to fit: 12 pieces of silverware, 3 cups, 1 cereal/soup bowl, 3 salad plates, 1 entree plate (10.5inch fit if laid diagonally), & 2 spatulas. You can probably fit more if you are more efficient than I am, but this was a casual example of fitting things in. While you can't really put pots & pans in there & large stuff, it really has made a difference in our ability to keep the kitchen clean, I do sometimes run pan lids in there tho, they fit just fine! And, I as a reference, there are 2 of us + 2 cats (we use salad-sized plates for their food), we use a lot of dishes in a given day. In response to some people commenting on the run time, the "Normal" wash is 2 hours and cleans really really well, but if you're like us & rinse your debris off your dishes before putting in the dish washer, we think the "Rapid" wash cycle works just fine & is only 40 min. Also, the Rapid wash is a slightly lower temperature, so it's great for those "top rack only" dishes or tupperware if you have any. Stamina of the dishwasher: On the first day using it, I ran it 3 times back to back: 1 normal cycle & then 2 Rapid cycles (with tank refills of course) and it worked fine washing for such a long stretch. In response to a couple of other comments people made about finding dampness in the dishwasher, it literally has a sign on the top that says "Dishwashers are all tested with water before delivery. It is considered normal if a little residual water is found." Anyway, that's our long review. We are super happy to have this little countertop friend to make our lives a little bit easier & less stressful. Thank you Farberware! :D

Very Impressed
Update: You can turn the light on during any cycle, just push start, no need to hold the button down, one tap will do. The Farberware countertop dishwasher has been a great addition to my small kitchen! Counter space is a premium, and this little machine fits perfectly without overwhelming my countertop. It measures perfectly within our space, which is 31 inches from countertop to the bottom of our cabinets. We have about 4 inches to spare, so it tucks in nicely. I've been pleasantly surprised by how well it cleans, especially considering its compact size. It tackles our everyday dishes with ease, leaving them sparkling. Noise-wise, it's definitely not silent, but it's not overly loud either. I could easily sleep in the same room while it's running. The included silverware basket is a bit small for our needs, so we bought a separate silverware caddy, which has been a helpful workaround. I do appreciate the light that comes on when you start a cycle, but I wish it would stay on throughout the wash. It's always tempting to peek and see how things are going! One thing to note is that the water fill tank is located in the back of the unit, which can be a little awkward to access depending on your setup. We actually 3D printed a small funnel that sits on top and directs the water in, which has been a fantastic solution for us. It's definitely something to consider depending on where you plan to place the dishwasher. Overall, if you're tight on space (like we are!) and need a dishwasher that cleans effectively, the Farberware countertop model is a solid choice. Just be prepared to supplement the silverware basket if you have a lot of utensils, don't expect a super quiet operation, and consider the water tank placement – you might need a workaround like we did. It's been a lifesaver for our small household!

Be careful
When it’s working properly it’s a fantastic product. I’ve had it for 4 months as of this review. It recently started throwing out a code for having too much water inside despite me stopping when it beeps. Make sure you fill it slowly so that doesn’t happen. Other than that good for small dishes.

So glad these exist
I hate washing dishes and have wanted a dishwasher for years but I didn't have the room. My kitchen does not have space for an in-cabinet installation and even a portable one that rolls around would be too large to conveniently store in it. But then I came across these countertop portables and started reading reviews and settled on this one. I would've liked the larger models that can fit 6 place settings but again, space is an issue. Plus I really liked the window and light on this model. So the first thing is this is bigger than I expected. Even knowing the dimensions it still surprised me how large it was. But it fit on top of an appliance beside the kitchen so no problem there. Rather than go on about other things let's get down to the nitty-gritty: While the internal size is limited, it holds surprisingly large items. Not only can it do my Instant Pot Duo Plus lid, but the internal pot as well (though of course separately.) I can also do large, full-sized (even oversized) plates. Though of course the larger the item(s) the fewer things you can wash at once. It washes well. I've used both gels and pacs and have had no problem with either. I'm kind of amused at how the detergent "tray" is simply a measuring notch in the door and when you close it, it runs down into the basin. Or in other words it's attempting to be what you'd expect in a regular-sized dishwasher but really isn't, though it's still functional. For pacs you just toss them into the bottom; they'll dissolve almost instantly when the wash cycle begins. The ability to use the machine without permanent hookups is very nice, although I have some issues with the filling hole. As some other reviews have noted it's difficult to fill without some splashback. I think if the grate that's inside were a little lower this might not be as bad. If you fill it slowly it pretty much doesn't happen at all but when you're already got to do 3.1 pitchers worth of water, it makes the process a little more annoying. And speaking of the pitcher, the one included is very nice and solid. Doesn't feel cheap or flimsy at all. The other issue with the filling hole is that it can be awkward to use depending on height. In my case the machine has to be of sufficient height off the ground so the drain pipe can function properly in my sink, and although I'm not short it's still awkward to have to reach up and towards the back to fill it, especially in combination with how careful you have to be filling it to avoid splashing. I want to connect the faucet adaptor to fill directly but need to get a compatible diverter so I can keep it connected and just flip a lever instead of hooking and unhooking it every time I want to run a load. There's one thing I don't like, and that's the upper spray "arm", which isn't an arm at all but rather a spinning disc that water basically dribbles out of. It has nowhere the pressure nor the area coverage of the lower spray arm. And due to this, you have to be careful when washing silverware in the raised tray because if anything blocks the lower spray arm from hitting them, they're basically not going to get fully clean. Keep this in mind when you're loading it. There's not a whole lot more to go into other than I'm pretty happy with the machine overall, however there are a few minor things I wish were different: I love the light so I can see the dishes being washed but I wish there was an option to keep it on during the entire cycle. When it's on it does stay on for several minutes and can be turned back on with a tap of a button but I'd still like an always on option for when it's running. I also wish the machine came in a solid black option. The white/black doesn't look bad but I prefer solid black appliances. Another thing is that unlike what is advertised here, mine did not come with a fruit washing basket, but instead a baby bottle rack which is absolutely useless to me.

HERMOSA PERO MUY PEQUEÑA
ME GUSTÓ!

Mix feeling....I returned it for technical problems
