I ordered this mask because of the free bonus which turned out to be a very good addition to the mask. The qualities of the mask and the jump rope are good. This is the best price/quality I could find comparative to the other ones in the market!

Good for training
The only downfall is that the elastic with valcro might be too tight when you run, you just have to keep adjusting. Another downfall is I never got a training Ebook. But the jump rope is a plus. Great product that helps you control your breathing.
