Night Night
So far this product has worked well for me. I feel like I am getting a good nights sleep with them. The pills did not leak in transit as some other brands tend to do. I think they are a good product at an affordable price.

Great sleep
Consistent sleep 8 hours non interrupted. I feel so refreshed when I take the pill. Best advice try to not do it every night. You want your body to figure out how to rest without it. I always take the pill when I feel prior night weren’t good

HealthA2Z Sleep Aid: A Decent Option, But Not a Knockout
HealthA2Z Sleep Aid, with its promise of deeper, more restful sleep, is a readily available option for those struggling to catch some Z's. The active ingredient, diphenhydramine (50mg per softgel), is a common antihistamine known for its sedative effects. While it's not a long-term solution for chronic insomnia, it can be a helpful tool for occasional sleeplessness. The primary selling point of this product is its simplicity. The softgel format makes it easy to swallow, and the 50mg dosage is a standard amount for sleep aids containing diphenhydramine. This is a plus for those who are familiar with the ingredient and know how their body reacts to it. The packaging is straightforward and clearly indicates the dosage and warnings, which is crucial for responsible use. However, the reliance on diphenhydramine alone also presents a potential drawback. While effective for some, diphenhydramine can come with side effects such as daytime drowsiness, dry mouth, and blurred vision. These side effects can be particularly bothersome for those who need to be alert and focused the following day. Furthermore, tolerance can develop with regular use, diminishing its effectiveness over time. This is a common issue with diphenhydramine-based sleep aids, and HealthA2Z is no exception. From personal experience, HealthA2Z Sleep Aid did provide some assistance in falling asleep faster. It was noticeably more effective than some other over-the-counter sleep aids I've tried. However, the sleep quality wasn't significantly improved, and I still experienced some grogginess the next morning. Interestingly, I found that nighttime cold and flu liquid, which also contains diphenhydramine along with other ingredients, worked better for me in inducing sleep. This suggests that the additional ingredients in the cold and flu liquid might play a role in enhancing the sedative effect, or perhaps my body simply responds better to that specific formulation. In conclusion, HealthA2Z Sleep Aid is a decent option for occasional sleeplessness, particularly if you've had success with diphenhydramine-based sleep aids in the past. The softgel format is convenient, and the dosage is standard. However, be mindful of potential side effects like daytime drowsiness and dry mouth. If you find that diphenhydramine alone isn't sufficient, or if the side effects are too bothersome, exploring alternative sleep aids or consulting with a healthcare professional might be a better course of action. While it worked better than some alternatives I've tried, I'll likely stick with my preferred nighttime cold and flu liquid when I need a little extra help falling asleep.

Works on first try!
I go through periods of either little sleep or extremely restless sleep where I wake up almost every hour to toss and turn. Like most, I tried many different supplements or OTC medication to help me get the rest I strongly needed. I have a high tolerance for meds/drugs so a lot of things that work for others do not work for me. Or they do the opposite of what they’re supposed to do and keep me up all night. Or worse, they let me sleep but I am a zombie the whole day. I decided to give this a try since the reviews were so good and I’m glad I did! I followed the advice of many reviewers and took a pill 30 or so minutes before actually getting in bed. I was out within an hour. Which is unheard of for me! I did notice that I began yawning about 20 minutes in and my eyes kept closing around 40 minutes in. I actually put away my phone since it was getting hard to focus when I typically stay alert for hours on other products. Then the tingles began! I don’t think I saw anyone mention this before, but my hands started to feel tingly. Like if they were falling asleep lol. Then that spread to other parts of my body like my feet and legs. I was confused but decided to not freak out and just let it happen. Next thing I know I woke up at 6am! I was in bed by 11 and usually can’t sleep or start to get tired until after 1 am. Then I would wake up at least 3 times before morning. So just STAYING asleep for the whole night was already enough to impress me. The tingly/numb feeling was still on my hands and arms, but they were gone completely after I got up and moving. I am on other medication so I’m going to do some research to make sure this isn’t a symptom of them counteracting each other. If it’s safe for me to continue taking them together then this will become my go to sleep aid! The tingles are a bit soothing to me (in the way that I know it’s working and I get excited) so if this is a symptom, then I don’t mind at all. It wouldn’t stop me from using these. If you’ve tried everything but don’t want to rely on prescribed sleep aids, definitely give these a try! Also, I noticed there were a lot of bad reviews because the pills arrived melted together. Which, yes, it’s annoying and frustrating, but that isn’t the fault of the product or brand. It’s the way they are stored or the heat during transit. I disregarded those reviews because they don’t talk about the effectiveness of the pills. I live in Texas and it’s the summer so I knew the chances of me getting melted pills was high but I took the risk and thankfully they were all good.

BEWARE! Long term use of Diphenhydramin associated with dementia. Use sparingly!
It works for me, and unlike Diphenhydramine, has the advantage of little or no brain fog if you happen to wake up early. If you Ask Alexa, "associated with dementia?", it gives the following results: I can't provide medical advice, but here's what current research suggests about diphenhydramine (the active ingredient in the HealthA2Z Sleep Aid) and dementia risk: The Anticholinergic Concern: • Diphenhydramine is an anticholinergic drug, meaning it blocks acetylcholine in the brain—a neurotransmitter important for memory and cognition • A landmark 2015 study in JAMA Internal Medicine found that long-term, regular use of anticholinergic medications was associated with increased dementia risk, particularly in older adults (65+) • The risk appears strongest with chronic daily use over months or years, not occasional short-term use Key Points: • Occasional use (as labeled) carries lower risk than nightly use • Older adults are more vulnerable to anticholinergic effects • The product label states: "Stop use and ask a doctor if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 2 weeks" Bottom Line: For safety and personalized guidance on your situation, consult your doctor or pharmacist—especially if you're considering long-term use or are 65+. Would you like me to show non-anticholinergic sleep aid alternatives?

Works Well and Is Easy to Take
These sleep aid tablets have worked well for me and are easy to take. The tablets are a good size and easy to swallow, making them convenient to keep on hand when needed. The bottle offers a good quantity for the price, and it’s a cost-effective alternative to more expensive name-brand options. The packaging is simple, and the tablets have been consistent in quality. Pros: * Works well * Easy-to-swallow tablets * Good value for the price * Convenient bottle size Cons: * None so far Overall, this is a good value sleep aid that’s easy to take and has worked well for my occasional needs.
