Great sleep aid
Have bought the blue bottle sleep aid from Costco for a long time. Never gave much thought to all the acetaminophen that came with each dose. Not great for the liver. Decided to try this out. Works great. When it kicks in, you'll be out. At $9 a bottle, it's a steal. Highly recommend.

Sleep like a baby
When your mind just won't stop racing and you desperately need to actually fall asleep, having a reliable tool like the HealthA2Z Sleep Aid is a total necessity. This supplement is simple and effective, using the reliable 50mg Diphenhydramine that many of us know works for quieting that restless night-time energy. The best part is the sheer value here—getting a huge 250-count bottle of easy-to-swallow softgels means you won't run out for months, making it a great staple for the medicine cabinet. They help smooth the transition from being wide awake to settling into a noticeably deeper, more restful sleep, so you wake up feeling like you actually hit the reset button, not groggy or half-awake.

They are excellent sleeping pills
They are great, sometimes I take a couple before bed and they help me fall asleep. It helps to take them a few hours before sleep. I recommend them. I sleep deeply and well with them. Some days, I have trouble sleeping and if I take these I can promise myself that I'll sleep that night cause they will get you to bed. Thanks for making these, and 250 of them at that!

Confusing and missing softgels
I'm confused. I did get the soft gels, but the bottle says they are tablets. And says 200, rather than 250. I don't know how many I actually got. The picture on the bottle shows the blue tablet rather than the gel caps that are inside, and it looks exactly like the previous blue tablets I've bought previously from this brand. I'm really glad I got what I ordered, because, although a little bigger, they're much easier to swallow and there's no horrible taste like the Tablets have. And they work well.

I stay asleep longer
I take two per night about an hour before I go to bed. They seem to work opposite from melatonin.. They don't help me fall asleep, but they help me stay asleep, Where melatonin helps me fall asleep, I would not get enough sleep... Now wondering if I should try both at the same time....lol

Sleep at a quality price
These work great. I sometimes take two if I want to really knock out. Also the price point is great for 250 pills.

They do t really work that great. I have not noticed a difference in falling asleep or staying asleep.

Best sleep aid I have found
I’m 6’3” 255lbs and one takes about 30 mins to kick but when it does, I am out. Word of caution, make sure you have at least 8 hours of sleep and 20-25 mins to wake up when using. Under 8 hours and you are still very very out of it and groggy. The wake up period can be rough to just jump out of bed so if you have to be up by 7, set the alarm for 630 and don’t hit snooze. You’ll need that much time to wake up fully and not stumble around the house groggy and running into furniture
