Love this baby camera! Has not given me any issues! I can hear my baby perfectly and you can adjust the volume. The volume works very well because it picks up every sound. The battery lasts a good amount of time, I use it almost every day. Motion detection works great, it will beep every time it detects someone or hears a sound. The two downsides is that it beeps loud for me imo I wish I could turn down the volume for it, I have tried. The other downside sometimes it looks blurry at night but I’ve realized if you adjust where it’s pointing at it will clear the image.

These were incredibly easy to sync, the picture on the monitor is so clear during day and night. I did move 1 camera closer to my toddler for better quality at night but it was still good further away. The battery life is good on the monitor too. I don’t think it would last all night though. I usually have to plug it in during my 2-3am feed, in which it usually has 1 bar left. Overall the quality is great and i would spend the money on these again!

I bought this because I hated my owlet camera. It lagged and I hated that I had to use my phone instead of a monitor. This camera is amazing. The quality is incredible, and it was so easy to set up. I’ve had it about a year now and use 3 cameras for my 3 kids. The app is so easy to use and I love the option of the monitor for baby sitters and dad who doesn’t like apps on his phone. It’s pricey but so worth it!

We just got this set up yesterday. I really wanted one that had an actual monitor, not just phone app connection. This momcozy camera has both! I wanted the monitor to use at home, so I don’t have to have the app open on my phone 24/7 because I like to scroll videos on TikTok n stuff. But I also did very much want access to the camera from my phone as well for when we’re not home! It was very easy to set up. Pet self explanatory. Plug in the camera, download the momcozy app, hit add device & follow the steps. Only took about 5 minutes, if that! One thing that is annoying is the sound alerts. The camera is verrrrrry sensitive. The alarm went off on my monitor all night, just from my fiance walking down the hallway past the baby’s room, or when we flushed the toilet in the bathroom that is down the hall! Like wth is that?!? It doesn’t just listen for baby cries, it alerts for any sound. I have to figure out if they have a setting to fix that. I’m sure they have to, right? Well besides that, this is a great camera system for a great low price! Highly recommend!

EDIT: My original review was one star and I was beyond disappointed in the product. We had some of the same issues that some of the other comments have listed. One night it officially stopped working. It turned off and the camera would not connect. I was LIVID. Once I got the monitor back on, I had to reconnect it to the camera. I pressed the pair button located on the back and it broke...... guys. IT BROKE. The long as short of it all: I sent MomCozy an email directly. it was not a kind email as I was very upset about this monitor failing me in the middle of the night. I don’t consider myself a very anxiety ridden person and didn't struggle much with it postpartum, but not having a baby monitor that works stressed me out to the max. Luckily and I am beyond thankful. MomCozy responded within hours and after a few back an forths about what was broken, some proof of it not working (a video of me pressing the button and it not pairing), they shipped me a new one in like 2 days. By the time I bought a temp camera and monitor, the new MomCozy one came in. Since then, I have actually had ZERO problems. They did state they were aware of the issues and it was supposed to be resolved in an upcoming software update. The new monitor we have had for about 2 months now and literally none of the issues have come back up. Even the time is correct. I really wanted to like the camera when I bought it as I adore the brand and have a lot of other products in their ecosystem. Plus it's a great camera quality! But I was so disappointed when I started having all these issues. I would still be weary, they helped me with a free replacement and I am happy with it so far! Leaving as a one star so people can see the good, the bad and the ugly of this product So disappointed. I haven’t even had this product for a full 2 months. Within the last couple of weeks started using the monitor full time as we transitioned my baby into his crib full time. The first few weeks we had no issues, other than the time being off. It always states it’s an hour behind. No matter how many times I manually adjust it. Otherwise is was so reliable and gave me peace of mind as the sound detection was very accurate and sensitive. However the last several days, all of the negative reviews under this monitor started proving true. Not only was the time wrong but the temperature detection was wrong. Constantly showing the room is 32°F even though the house is set to 68°F and I have the temp detection on for anything less than 67°F in his room. The sound/cry detection stopped working. This bothers me more than I can put into words. Woke up to the sound of my baby hysterically crying for who knows how long because the monitor never alerted me to sound in the room. The screen remained black and I had to manually hit the power button to wake the monitor before any sound came through. The monitor used to alert me if he sneezed or even grunted a little to loud. Now it won’t even go off if my baby is crying at the top of his lungs. On top of that, it constantly looses connectivity even when it’s within feet of the router. The lag is really frustrating considering the cost of the camera. I have restarted it and reset both the monitor and the camera and nothing fixes it. I have spent hours trying to troubleshoot and fix or reconnect the monitor. The app works just fine and the camera itself is great quality, but the monitor which is the piece that needs to be the most reliable, is garbage. For what this monitor costs, this is a major disappointment. As a FTM I adore other Momcozy items but this camera is beyond ridiculous. After spending several days researching cameras and landing on this one due to it matching my whole ecosystem of baby/mom products, this is infuriating. Do not waste your time and spare yourself the midnight panic when you’re baby is screaming their head off because the monitor you trusted to work suddenly stops working in the middle of the night.

While we have overall enjoyed this monitor, there are a few glitches that are frustrating. (Just for reference, we’ve been using the product for about 7 months now.) -It has been helpful to have a handheld screen to see video, as well as access to the app where you can watch the feed on your phone. However, I recently started having some issues with being able to access it via my phone. All of a sudden, the video would not show up, and even after troubleshooting we were not able to get it to work. Thankfully, though, we have the handheld monitor so we can still use that to see our baby in his room. It just makes it a little inconvenient because the monitor is one more thing I have to carry from room to room without the video on my phone. -The battery on the monitor is pretty good. If I take it off the charger in the morning around 8 am, it usually lasts until later in the afternoon at which time it gives a low battery signal. As long as it has charged for a few hours, we are usually able to keep it unplugged overnight as well if needed. -One recent issue that started in the past month is that the monitor will just go to a blank white screen out of nowhere, and then you have to restart it to get the picture to come back on. -We did have some difficulty finding the right angle to place the camera when we initially installed it, and we would have liked to have been able to just sit it on a shelf in order to be able to take it down easily for travel. But that angle did not work in the bedroom with the amount the camera would adjust. Thankfully, my husband was eventually able to screw it into a spot that gave us a good view of the entire crib.

I have this camera for a few months now and I loveeeee it. I love that it's a 2-1 wifi and no wifi, keeps my mind at ease. Night vision's really good, setting it up was really easy. The monitor has good battery life, it usually last me a few hours depending on usage throughout the day. It's really worth the price. Quality's really good. I recommend this product.

I have a slightly different use case. I don’t have a kid but a 72 year old sister with dementia who lives in my house. When I go out for longer than a couple hrs I can let her caregiver know and she will open up the app and check in on her so I can have some time off. I have other cameras as well but this one is excellent. My caregiver, from her home, opens the app and can monitor my sis and run over if there is a problem. Heck, even a sibling back east can log in and check in on her. I had no problem setting it up. The app is easy to use (though baby-centric but that’s ok), and the quality of the pic is excellent. You can pan/tilt the camera as well so I have great vision of the house and her usual sitting places. I’ve just ordered another camera for a different part of the house. I can see this camera being used to check on a parent, a new puppy, etc. My only critique is that I couldn’t find anywhere if there is a size limit for the memory card. If you want to pay back video you have to have a memory card inserted in to the camera. Else it’s just real time. The app works on iPhone and iPad. The monitor that comes with it is also excellent. And the night vision, like other reviews, is excellent. I’m super impressed. Highly recommend this product.

The camera received seems to be used before as it didn’t connect to the app and seems to be already connected to another account - very disappointing and inconvenient as I didn’t get to use the full functionality of the product- definitely returning it.
