I am obsessed with this CAROTE cookware set! The detachable handle system is a total game-changer for my kitchen cabinets; I can stack everything neatly, saving so much space. The non-stick surface is incredible—I’ve cooked eggs, meat, and sauces with almost no oil, and everything slides right off. The handles are very sturdy and secure when attached. I also love that I can move a pot from the stove straight into the oven or the fridge just by clicking the handle off. They are also super easy to clean. If you have a small kitchen or just love organized cabinets, this 17-piece set is a must-have!

I love love love these pots! The color is everything! It has a little shimmer to it which makes it all that amazing of a color. Nothing sticks in these pans. The handles being removable is so convenient. They have yet to stain and the quality of the pans are on point. I love how it can go from stove top to oven. The pans are not heavy and store great in my small kitchen cabinets. However, one handle did break already and the other handle is melting. I have a gas stove and though I don’t use high flame the heat may be too much for the handles. They cannot be bought separately so I went for something close to replace it. I do wish the egg pan with removable handles came in this color!

I am in love with these pots and pans. They are aaaamazing. 🏆⭐️ I just ordered a 7QT pan from Carote to make pasta and soups with. I made eggs and quesadillas in them so far since receiving them a couple of days ago; literally nothing sticks to the pans and my food cooked beautifully. Also, these are so easy to clean. I was using cast iron prior and those pots are so heavy though I love the non toxicity aspect of them. These are non toxic and lightweight, everything I sincerely appreciate while cooking in the kitchen. I am not a cook, yet these make cooking so much more enjoyable to me. Highly recommend! I only wish one more handle (3) instead of 2 was included in the set. Also, I make rice often and the lid has a slight gap between the pot and lid, picture attached. No worries though with a little improvising it worked out great. I covered it with a little tin foil while cooking my rice and it worked flawlessly. 😁 Just notating for others to be aware. Love these and am now sorry that I didn’t buy a bigger set. I’ve been cooking with them for about 2 months with no issues. I know several reviewers have complained about scratches and oxidation, but that might be user error. Care First, I never put any cookware in the dishwasher even if they say you can. The water pressure will gouge the cookware removing the finish in microscopic layers. You won’t notice at first, but eventually it becomes very evident. The bottoms of these pans will oxidize if you put them in the dishwasher. That will leave a gray soot like material. It’s safe, and simply needs to be rewashed in warm soapy water. (Learned this when I washed my KitchenAid Mixer paddles 20 yrs ago.) I only use silicone cookware, not even wood. Yesterday I got mesmerized by the sun, which we hadn’t seen in 15 days, and forgot I was cooking broccoli. I came in to a blackened sticky mess. Such joy when I simply took a paper towel and pushed out the “stuck on” burnt mess. I also use stainless steal cookware and let me tell you, cleaning that pot would have been a multi-day multi-product effort. Cooking I have learned that low and slow cooking is best, no matter the cookware. As the directions state, I always make sure that these have food, oil etc in them before turning on the burner. Induction I have a high end induction cooktop and some burners just don’t work with this cookware. The largest pans do not work on the largest burner, but it took me a few minutes to realize that even though the pan is large the stove surface of the bottom isn’t as large as the pan. I had to place it on the medium sized burner where it cooks just fine. Of five burners these work with 3. The heat is distributed evenly, even on the largest pan; the sides heat up like a wok and ensure that items cook even. Fridge lids They can’t be serious! These lids would only stay on if taped on. Waste of plastic and money. Handles Because I have an induction cooktop, I sometimes cook with the handles on. If I had a gas stove I would never cook with the handles as it stands to reason they’d get hot and the plastic would burn, get discolored and melt. I have seen no discoloration with the white-ish cookware. I fully recommend this cookware, just be aware that even though it doesn’t cost a lot, you will need to care for it properly. Also, get a set that comes with the liners to prevent scratches when storing. I thought I did, but I chose the wrong one. I use the cardboard that came with them.

I will start this off by saying that these were a Tik Tok/Prime Day purchase thinking we were getting a steal on a pots/pans sets for ~$68 - only to later find out that they're always around that range. Not to say that reflects on the review itself but feels worth mentioning in case anyone happens to read this review when they're "On sale". PROS Space saving/Handles We weren't struggling for space in our cabinets before I purchased these, but I thought the detachable handles were a neat feature and would simplify storage. That being said, I don't know that they're really stacked or stored any differently than our previous set was. I more so wanted the detachable handles to have the option to pop them into the oven if needed, and they've definitely served that purpose but it's done so infrequently that it's not a necessity. The handles clean well and remove easily enough if you're using more than 2 of the pots/pans to swap around quickly - but are also very sturdy and have never been concerned about them coming off. Cooking I'm by no means a cookware connoisseur but to me these pans cook well and distribute heat evenly - the best that I can tell - our stove is a bit uneven. The non-stick surface is good, but in all honesty I still tend to use oil or butter every time I cook due to preference/habit so take that with a grain of salt. CONS Scratching I will fully admit that I probably don't always use plastic/wood when cooking to prevent scratches. But I do MOST of the time, and even without that we noticed scratches on one of our pots within the first few days of having them. Our theory was that it happened when we stacked them - which for a set that's marketed for space saving via stacking, seems like an issue. We've had this set for about 7 months though, and the scratches have gotten progressively worse to the point my husband brought up looking into replacing them due to a larger chunk of the coating coming off when he went to use one of the pots the other day. (I'll also caveat this with the pot in question is the one he uses to make ramen and frequently uses a fork to stir the noodles) Cleaning By far the biggest complaint I have of these pans is "cleaning" them. Not even the inside of them, they rinse out fairly easy and haven't had bad staining or issues with that even though they're white. I saw another review mention this, but no matter what there is ALWAYS black soot/grease(?) that comes off of the bottoms. That review specified they have a gas stove and thought that might be why, but we have an electric and have the same issue. I'm not entirely sure WHAT it is, but it's been present since day one of using them and it's there whether they're wet or dry. It didn't really bother me in the beginning because I hoped it would go away, but it definitely startled my husband the first time he was cleaning them. He spent a good while manually scrubbing them and it did eventually come off but it didn't last so we gave up on that. It's something that for a while I considered a minor annoyance (and I guess still is), but in conjunction with the scratching we've decided we're ready to switch.

I've owned the set for over 3 months now, and loved the space saving design. I'm really hyped over this set and have purchased two more for my aunt and boyfriend. This set makes the perfect house warming present. Pros: - I can put the pan in the oven for roasts and easily remove the handle, then take the pan out easily with a click of the handle. - saves so much space in my tiny apartment - pan fits a lot better in the dishwasher without the handle - non stick works really well - the bottom of the pan conducts heat well and is thick enough for steaks and other items that are good in cast iron pans Cons: - I was very shocked to find black residue on the pan, and the bottom coat started to peel away without me doing any rough abrasion. I always cook with wooden utensils too. But I contacted their customer service and they were really nice and offered me a replacement pan. They then explained that oxide from cleaners with oxidizing agents can make the pan turn black, but is harmless and can be removed with vinegar. I honestly really love these pans and would recommend them to everyone.
