These have given me my feet, knees and ankles back. They are just perfect for high heels but also can be work in sneakers. This has helped my over-pronation in both my feet and knees. Walking long distances is great because my back and feet don't hurt anymore. If you want to put a padding over them buy an gel-type insert and cut them to the area length of the foot supports; it will feel like you are walking on clouds and your back all the way down to your ankles will not hurt with these foot supports and will thank you for getting them. This truly is exactly like The Good Feet Orthotic foot insoles. This company is great with sending the product fast too! This is the 3rd set I have bought for myself and friends and I am totally happy I did spend the money each time I put them into my shoes in the morning! I will buy these in multiples with the ending goal to have one set setting in each shoe. I will buy these for the rest of my life. They are that excellent!

I'm back ordering my second two pairs. I have had plantar fascitis in the past and I have long, narrow feet women's size 10.5 or 11 AA) I have tried dozens of insoles, both 3/4 and full length, to help with heel pain AND to take up some of the extra volume in shoes that are not narrow enough. I have been extremely frustrated by the lack of women-specific insoles. Most are actually unisex and list both a woman's and man's size. If an insole is capable of accommodating an man's D-width foot, there is no way it will properly fit a woman's B- (medium) width, let alone AA! These are narrow enough to fit in my AA width shoes, and I can also put them in my athletic (tennis and running) shoes under the removable insoles for extra support. These are the only orthotics that fit me.

Exactly what I was looking for: firm arch support for high arches that don't show in dress shoes. I wear these in Tieks and Rothy's, you can't see them at all, and they provide all the support I was hoping for! I like the hard plastic, it's easy to clean and doesn't get smelly. I prefer the stiffer set out of the pair, but they both work and getting 2 at this price is a phenomenal deal.

I love my flat Rothy shoes due to joint problems in my ankle - but Ortho doctor told me I needed to use good support shoes - bought these inserts to use in my flats - they fit perfit, very comfortable and happy to still be able to wear my Rothy shoes.

This product gives you the arch support you want/need but are small enough to fit into your regular shoes. On the bad side that means you don't get to buy a bunch of new shoes but on the good side it allows you to continue to wear comfortably your "old" favorite shoes.

I have serious lower back problems in addition to having had 4 hip replacements. All due to childhood traumas. Many years of back, hip, knee pain. I tried these after years of physical therapy, injections, etc. These little miracle workers supported my arches and straightened out my entire skeletal system. I have them in all shoes and slippers. What a difference! I never expected something this small could make such a difference. Pain has mostly disappeared; I walk faster and more erect now; and the spine compression (due to age) is almost pain free. :-)

I have high arches and when wearing heels by arch never touches the shoe and then all my weight is on the ball and toes of my foot. These Seemed to help take the pressure off of the ball of my foot. I was able to wear my heels without feeling my weight in the ball and toes of my feet.

I have had quite a few problems with feet hurting over the last few years. I purchased these inserts just to try and I am so very happy with them that I bought another 2 sets. I have them in 6 pairs of my shoes and it has been a tremendous help. I have worn them with out without a foam insole over the top and they work great and are comfortable either way!

These are great. My second set. I have serious foot problems have had several surgeries. Had professional orthotics made and they are like walking on rocks. Made problems worse. These perfect cant feel them once in, comfortable abd reduction in pain.
