After years of sinus suffering, a painful operation(also 4 weeks off work to recover), antibiotics which upset my stomach and steroid sprays, i have at last found something which makes a difference. I have now used the sinuair powder, in my sinupulse irragation pump for a couple of months and i now feel much better.Apoligies for the thought but you won't believe what comes out. The powder dissolves much easier than normal salt and doesn't give you the gritty sea water up the nose feeling. The spray bottle on it's own i don't think will clear your sinus's out but does stop the stuff setting into a crust and seems to make the irragation more effective. It's not a cure, i still don't know what causes my problems, but i have felt much better since using these products.

It is helpful ,good You can bring it when you have a trip .But not very effective for my dry nose ,maybe my nose is very dry ,after put salty solution in my nose ,only few minutes ,dry again .

SinuAir Nasal Moisturizer & Irrigation Spray The product does what it says. However, my sprayer top fell off with minimal pressure and so it was a bit fragile to take on journeys. Make sure also that you wish only to have your airways moistened and not rinsed. This product does not rinse and therefore will not clear the nasal passageways in the same way a nasal rinse does.

The manual rinse is not as good as automatic one. By the way, the volume seems not sufficient each time.

Nicht nur für die Besitzer der elektrischen Nasendusche des gleichen Herstellers ist dieses Set sehr praktisch. Man hat auch in wenigen Augenblicken ein Salzwassernasenspray hergestellt. Dies kann man viel häufiger als andere Sprays benutzen, ohne dass es der Schleimhaut schadet. Die Dosierhilfen sind äusserst praktisch und es macht sowohl die Nutzung der Nasendusche als auch des Sprays zum Kinderspiel.

I am a 47 year old man and have very bad year round allergies. I used to get sinus infections badly at least 4 times a year. I have had endoscopic nasal surgery done by my ENT twice and now (knock on wood) with medications and this product I may only get a sinus infection once a yerar. Medication nasal sprays for allergies are a must but so is self care. I do a nasal irrigation of my sinuses every night and my doctor says it is this self care that has me so much better. And this Sinuair powder is what I use for my nightly irrigation. I have a nasal spray bottle and I mix one spoonful of this powder with water for a gentle cleansing and moisturizing nasal wash. It is so soothing and takes very little time. Plus making this part of your daily regiment will keep the sinus infections away and keep your allergies at bay. I have purchased this powder from allergy sites and my doctor's office but this price here is an amazing good deal. I think with allergies so rampant now that people forget self care is the primary resource to good heath. This product is recommended by leading ENT's and allergists. My nose says thank you every day and my health has been so much better. I just want to end by saying this powder is very gentle and soothing when used. It does not sting or cause any irritation. If you have allergies, sinus infections and headaches or a stuffy nose, this product is a must.

I prefer this saline powder over all other brands. I have severe sinus problems and use a machine to rinse twice daily. This powder is gentle on the sinus's and dissolves easily.

Als Pollenalergiker muss ich sagen, das beste Salz das ich kenne, Löst sich schnell und super auf, angenehm in der Nase, reizt nicht,allerdings recht teuer.Bei zwei Spülungen am Tag ist es bald leer.
