I've been using this supplement for almost a month and a half and wanted to share my thoughts so far. For starters, I have PCOS and I'm 40. My chin whiskers and neck whiskers still come in but much much slower and not quite as many at a time. I pluck them and have noticed a huge difference in how often I need to do it. Major positive! I use a vaginal ring for birth control so I'm not looking to start a period, but I have notice I haven't been getting random cramps throughout the month and my mood swings are even more subdued. I do take Wellbutrin but I've been on that for 3½ months and notice a difference in my PMS mood swings beyond the antidepressants. I typically leave the birth control in and skip my period but after 2 months I get breakthrough bleeding. I haven't since I started taking this. My cravings for sweets is almost non-existent these days. I am VERY happy about that. I still enjoy them but I don't think about them or food in general since I began these Inositol supplements. I've lost about 3 pounds since I started taking them but I don't think it's because of them. My sweets intake is down but it's not like I was eating them like crazy beforehand. But I am slowly losing some weight. None of these changes have been quick or fast acting. It took a solid month before I noticed the slower whisker growth and sweets cravings subsiding. If you try these, be willing to commit for 3 months before you throw in the towel. They have been a huge help but it's not instant. Trust the process! If I have anything to add later on I will update my review. 10/10 I highly recommend these!

Overall this did help my sugar levels I craved less and I didn't lose any weight I am going through menopause I am 52 and 125lbs. I already eat healthy but wanted to balance my glucose levels. This product was worth the repurchase for me. No odors no taste. I didn't notice e any hair growth or nails. The dosage is easy to take and the product quality has been consistent from order to order.

This product is a game changer. If you have pcos or pmos I recommend getting this I started taking it and feel so much better. More energy, not starving all the time , bloating 24/7 has reduced. The normal struggles with this condition are not as bad after taking these.

So far I have been taking them for a month and half I noticed right away the boating was reduced significantly! My mood are much better and I feel like I have lost a lil weight this month I have pcos and Endometriosis I think this supplement is workong/helping I plan on stay on it a great price

I never leave reviews but I will say I can FEEL THE DIFFERENCE while taking this. I started one month taking 2 daily and then I just upgraded to 4 daily and I take mine all at one time it’s just easier for me that way. I was a bit skeptical but I am so happy I stick with it! My PCOS , PMOS (new name ) feels more managed !

I am 44 soon to be 45 years old and couldn’t understand why my body would get all out of whack when my cycle would start. So let me tell you THIS IS THE BEST THING FOR PCOS this is crazy, I read a comment of a girl saying she got her period next day of starting taking this pills and I thought it was maybe just her but it happened to me too, I was late almost 15 days and I had my period after the next day and I was so much less bloated, you’re not fat you’re just bloated! I’m excited to see how my body reacts with this and I’m also have been more active and having an anti inflammatory diet which have helped a lot too but this pills are nice!
