I've tried hundreds of different supplements over the past 2 decades. This is unquestionably the best one I've come across. Within about 2 days of taking this, my workouts have drastically improved. I'm getting in more reps during HIIT. My confidence and general mood is way up. I've had no unwanted side effects, and no issues with sleep (I take this in the morning). I haven't tested my T levels since I started taking it about 3 weeks ago, but frankly I don't feel like I need to because I feel great either way.
