Great travel game
Bought for an airplane trip & vacation with my two young kids. Perfect for my 4 year old but even my 2yr old could be involved. So helpful that it’s magnetic. I’m a little concerned about losing the dice b/c it’s so so small. But it survived the trip. Money well spent

Great for travel
This kept my 6 and 8 year olds entertained on a long road trip. Also great to keep in your purse for restaurants, long waits, etc. My only complaint is that the small dice is not magnetic, so I won’t be surprised if we lose it at some point. Great otherwise!

Good for a take along game!
I like that the game is a good travel size for my grandkids and that the race cars are magnetic. The only negative thing is the size of the tiny dice that comes with it; it can very easily get lost. ( I realize that the dice has to be really small to fit inside the folding game.)I came up with a solution- I use a spinner instead, with numbers 1 to 6 on it.

Great travel/diaper bag activity
Great travel/diaper bag activity. Low profile and easy to throw into a bag. Separates into two trays so easy to divide between two kiddos.

Poor Magnet & Poor Construction
When I took the magnetic pieces off the whole piece, one tangram piece was split in layers revealing some sort of paper construction, that I have to glue back together. Also, the magnets are not strong at all (the frame where the tangrams were cut off could hardly stick to my fridge door). All in all, very poor quality tangrams. The metal box is nice, but if the magnets don't work well, it defeats the purpose.I wouldn't recommend it. Especially given the poor tangram quality, it's won't last long at all with small children.

Great for traveling
We recently spent a lot of time in the car and the kids really enjoyed playing chess. I loved that the pieces are magnetized. It made it su much easier to keep tech of all the pieces. Thr box is super slim which makes it very portable. Can easily be kept in the car

Best game for travel!
Perfect travel game! The magnets are strong enough to not move during turbulence but not so strong that they can’t be moved easily. It is also extremely compact: thin and no longer than a sunglass case. Perfectly fits in a slingback travel bag. Kept my 6 yo occupied - I had fun playing it too!

Good idea, very poor design and execution
A travel-size magnetic Battleship-type game? Perfect! Sounds ideal for roadtrips and waits at restaurants and airports, doesn't it?If only. Here are the problems:1. The design of the pieces is not great. The cardboard and the magnet separate far too easily, so even before we could play, we had to get out the glue and try to fix it.2. The design of the game itself is very poor, and not well thought out at all. Each player has five little ships, 18 or so red circles for "hits," and 49 black circles for "misses." This makes sense for game play, but the board isn't big enough to hold the pieces while playing. (See the picture I attached.) Where in the world are you supposed to put the pieces so you can play the game and see the numbers and letters on the grid? You could put them in a cup or bowl, but remember: This is supposed to be a travel game that you can easily play on the go. This is a more than a design flaw: It makes the game virtually unusable.3. Okay, let's say you figure out what to do with the extra pieces, and you're able to start playing. Your opponent calls out a coordinate, and it's a hit. If you were playing Battleship, you'd put a red peg in your ship. Here, you try to put a red magnet on your ship that was hit, and... no luck. The red piece is too big in relation to the ship, and the magnet is too weak, so it slips right off. Maybe this doesn't sound like a dealbreaker, but let's say you hit one of your opponent's ships, and you're playing against a kid who's still getting a feel for the game. What should have been a fun game just became incredibly confusing and frustrating, and in my case, the game was given up almost immediately. What we have here is a good idea in need a design overhaul, and until then, it's simply not practical or worth buying.
