After reading the reviews I ordered Mugwort for the first time and my experiences were mostly positive. I have struggled with insomnia for about 8 years and pills put me to sleep but I have a terrible time waking up, even dragging me out of deep sleep with an alarm is hard. I have not had any dreams for several years and I wondered if this would bring them back. It did indeed bring back dreams as well as cure my insomnia. I'm only speaking of my experiences of less than one week because of a side effect that forced me to stop drinking the tea.Yes, it gave me explosive diarrhea after 3 nights in a row of drinking Mugwort tea. I'm about to start drinking the tea again but only every other night to see if my digestive system handles it better. My dreams were like I was actually there experiencing them but I only remember 2 dreams over 3 nights. The Mugwort was delivered in a Mylar bag that keeps out light and is resealable, an added benefit I appreciate. It was delivered reasonably fresh, and had an acceptable mixture of leafs and stems. It's smell upon opening was like a minty tea but the taste was not as minty as the smell. I found it's taste much better than what I Imagined after reading the reviews.It was ground so fine that my tea infuser wasn't able to contain it and I had this loose leaf tea floating throughout my cup as well as loose leaf sediment at the bottom. The tea produces a deep green color within seconds, but I left the infuser soak in the cup for about 10 minutes until I could drink it.So in my opinion the positive experiences out weighed the one negative and I will continue experimenting with how often I can drink the tea without that pesky side effect sending me to the bathroom in a flash!

My favorite tea. The flavor is delicious, the aroma is awesome. The bag is resealable. The price is affordable for the size.

I've tried several brands of Mugwort tea and none compared to the quality of Starwest Botanicals. I originally ordered it for its reported sleep properties but then I read it helps with your monthly cycle and boy does it ever! Not only is my cycle regular (something I've struggled with my whole life) but it also helps with pms. I combine mugwort with peppermint tea and my pms symptoms disappear, on top of getting a full night's rest, what else could you ask for? My dreams and past life work have also benefited from my nightly cup of this magical stuff. It is bitter on its own but nothing a little honey can't fix. Don't think twice just order it.

I've had sleep problems for years. I've been looking for natural remedies to help instead of prescription drugs that don't work. I also want to dream more and saw Mugwort could help with lucid dreams.For me it hasn't induced dreams but I have been staying in bed a bit more than usual. My wife has noticed she has been dreaming more with mugwort added to another tea she started drinking before bed. Started both at the same time and when she omitted the mugwort she noticed the quality of sleep and dreams went away.I would say brewing mugwort has increased the quality of sleep in both of our lives and induced some more dreams in hers.This has been the first mugwort purchase I've made and I noticed some people complained about stems in the package. The quantity of stems is pretty minor, but they are in there. It's part of the harvesting process, the company could remove them but the price would go up. The net weight of the stems is minor to me. In the week and a half or so I've been using it I've removed maybe six stems ranging from an inch to two inches in length and millimeters in diameter.

The media could not be loaded. I use it for tea making purposes but I got alot of sticks with this. How can I get a refund?

I usually order from Starwest through their website but ran across it on Amazon so I ordered here. Came the next day, exactly what I purchased & as always, the quality is superb. Starwest botanicals has always been my go to for herbs
