Very nice fan. Runs smooth and with nice breeze like air flow. Fan was delivered on time. It came with remote and a pair of battery. Product is sturdy and good built quality. LED light in the center of fan is good for people who would like to use it as night lamp. Speed control is fine.

So I was expecting the bright mode of the ring light to be much stronger. I wanted to use it as a night light, that's why I chose this over the 700rs cheaper model, which had dots. Well the ring looks more premium so its kinda okay. And the fan itself is very nice. It does wobble a bit but not a lot. The air flow is good, and the speeds are balanced.

WORST FAN...FULL ON WOBBLE at speed 5 and 6. GO THROUGH BELOW TO SAVE THOUSANDS : i had ordered this fan 1400 mm , days after installation started wobbling and shaking at speed 5 and so heavily on speed 6. As it was under warranty , technician came and eventually was replaced with new fan Even fan was wobbling at speed 5 and 6 even during installation I think its due to poor weight management . BIG PRODUCT FLAW.

I bought this 5 days ago. The product is okay for the premium price we pay. Because I have already noticed 3 issues or concerns which IMO should not be there on such an expensive fan. 1. There's a clearly visible fan wobbling. I raised a complaint to Atomberg service center. The technician that visited told me that it's a light-weight fan and that wobbling is normal. I think this is not an acceptable reason. A fan this expensive, should ideally have perfect body and blades balanced out to the point that there should be no visible wobble. 2. The fan has a very slight whistling / hissing sound on exactly speed no. 2. Not on speed 1 or speeds 3 or 4 or 5 but specifically only on speed 2. It's not that noticeable but the sound is definitely there. Even the technician heard it and he said that it's the motor's sound. But that doesn't explain why the motor makes no such sound on other speeds. Not sure why this is the case. 3. The LED indicator; I have bought the non-smart version of Renesa Elite. And on this, there's no way to tell what the fan's speed is. It's just one simple ring LED light. Even cheaper Atomberg fans show an LED speed indicator but this expensive model lacking that feature is definitely a negative point. Other things I'd like to mention abt it is the design. I think the fan's design is great. The slim blades make it good to look at. But the fan doesn't seem to be dust resistant. That's a bummer. Overall, i felt like it's an okay fan. I was expecting perfection at this price point, admittedly. I will try to update this review on my experience every 6 months and how it holds in the long run.

After extensive research into energy-efficient smart fans, I chose the Atomberg Smart IoT fan — and was so impressed that I ended up purchasing four units. The fan’s performance has been exceptional: quiet operation, modern aesthetics, smart app and remote functionality, and noticeably lower power consumption. All four fans are functioning flawlessly and have elevated the comfort and look of my home. However, my experience with the installation and after-sales service was deeply unsatisfactory. Despite one of the fans coming with a free installation offer (as clearly stated on the Amazon listing), the technician insisted on charging me. Additionally, the installation was careless: critical safety components like the safety pin were not installed, and smaller hardware elements such as nuts were either skipped or loosely fixed. I had to install the remaining three fans myself, which were thankfully straightforward, but this should not be the expectation for every customer. Atomberg has clearly invested in quality engineering and product design — but the last-mile service experience fails to match that standard. I hope the brand takes customer feedback seriously and works on improving its technician network and quality control. Product: 5/5 Installation & Service: 2/5 Would I recommend the fan? Absolutely. Would I trust the installation service again? Not without improvement.

"You cannot claim the warranty." Fan is good and working fine. But service by seller and atomberg company, very pathetic. I have asked seller for invoice for almost a month ago but still no reply. And company although selling fan in UAE with 3 years warranty, they refuse to give me warranty in UAE. I wasted a lot time in claiming warranty, because of there false advertisement.
