Ibergoast has 31% alcohol in it, most likely making it sedating if you're sensitive. Motility Activator has no alcohol & have not noticed any sedating effect.

Motility Activator capsules are quite a bit smaller than motilpro. They are much more narrow and also shorter.

Is this better than motilpro by pure encapsulations?

This isn't in direct response to your question. But since you are comparing the two I thought I should mention . . . when comparing the two I noticed that MotilPro says it should not be take if you are on an antidepressant (on the label). That was the deciding factor for me as I am taking an antidepressant. The key ingredient (ginger) is in both products but MotilPro seems to have a lot more of it.
