Suplemento muy cómodo y práctico. La dosis de 4000 UI por comprimido es ideal si tienes déficit o poca exposición al sol. El bote trae muchísimas pastillas, así que dura un montón y compensa mucho el precio. Las pastillas son pequeñas y fáciles de tragar, sin sabor raro ni molestias. No he notado efectos secundarios y se integra fácilmente en la rutina diaria. Buena opción para apoyar defensas, huesos y bienestar general, sobre todo en meses con menos sol. Me gusta que sea vitamina D3, que se absorbe mejor. En general, producto sencillo, eficaz y bien presentado. ✔️🌞
