I’ve only used this once, but it worked great for my beef and broccoli stir fry. I cooked it on medium high and it came out perfectly. It was a snap to clean too. Time will tell how well the nonstick holds up, but so far, so good.

Exceeded My Expectations
I’m very impressed with this SNOWCLAD wok. I own several higher-priced hybrid pans, so I was curious to see how this would compare. So far, the SNOWCLAD wok has exceeded my expectations. It heats evenly, feels sturdy, and the cooking performance has been excellent. Food releases well, cleanup is easy, and the wok has a nice solid feel without being awkward to use. For the price, I think it offers outstanding value. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting it to perform this well compared with some much more expensive pans I already own, but this wok has quickly become one of my favorites. I would definitely recommend it.

This pan is worth the money spent.
Surprisingly a very awesome non stick pan. It heats up very well and fast. This pan is better than the Hexclad one and very affordable.

Beste Wokpfanne.
Die beste Wokpfanne, die wir bisher hatten. Und wir haben schon viele ausprobiert. Von Amazon Basic bis WMF. Keine zerkratzende Beschichtung und wirklich schnelles Aufheizen (Induktion). Top.

Innen mit Nieten
Der Wok ist prima, auch wenn sicher der 28cm breite statt 30cm sicher auch gereicht hätte. Leider stimmen die Produktbilder nicht mit dem gelieferten Artikel überein. Je Griff sind an der Innenseite des Wok Nieten. Sie sind recht dicht am Rand, aber wir wollten extra einen Wok ohne Innenieten. Besser zu reinigen .....
