This mat is great quality. I have been using it for Pilates in every class for a few months since I got it. I always fold it after each class to put it away in my car, and it hasn’t developed any creases. It’s super soft, almost velvety on top but in an absorbent and not hot way. It gives extra grip while I work out, and on the bottom there is black rubber which holds it secure on the reformer carriage. My studio uses Balanced Body studio reformers for reference, and it fits perfectly with probably an extra inch gap on the bottom and end of the shoulder blocks which is actually totally fine. It covers 99% of the carriage. The blue color is relaxing and chic. I like that this is heavier duty than those microfiber versions. I haven’t washed it yet, only wiped it down and it’s fine. When I wash it, I plan to put it into a special washing machine bag (like you put bras or fragile items) to protect it.

This mat fits my Balanced Body Studio reformer perfectly. It doesn't slip or move around and the rubber backing is thin, soft, and flexible. It protects the reformer carriage upholstery from any sweat, lotions and hair products. The surface looks and feels like suede and is soft and comfortable. My hair used to get caught in the headrest hinge and the mat extends over the headrest and solves that problem, but does not interfere with raising and lowering the headrest in any way. I usually wear shorts when working out and the mat keeps me from sliding around when doing kneeling movements. I do wish that it shipped in a roll rather than folded up because even after using it for quite a while, the creases have still not softened and flattened out, even though I leave it laying flat on my reformer carriage 24/7. I have not washed it yet, but when I do I will use a gentle cycle and hang to dry (maybe that will solve the creases problem, we'll see). It did not come with any washing instructions. I do wish it came in neutral colors like black or grey, rather than just the blue and pink (or bring back the neutral black/grey animal print!!). I imagine that most people who have a Pilates studio at home are looking to create a certain "look" or ambiance, and pink and blue don't seem like the best options for that. Neutral is always a better choice, or at least should be one of the choices. That said, the pink is actually a pretty color, not too bright, and not a "dusty" pink. My sister has the blue and it leans more grey than baby blue. The carry bag is cute and an added bonus. A solid purchase.

Great fabric. Nice rich color. Good quality. A bit skimpy though, especially for the money. It does not fully cover a standard reformer bed.

Just what I wanted. Protects my balanced body reformer and my back doesn’t stick to the carriage when I’m sweating. My mistake for ordering pink and forgetting about the other present black lab hair. Other than that, I like the pink and the product very much.

Works and looks great! Does not slip. Hangs over the sides of a Aeropilates reformer about an inch but drapes/rounds nicely over the edges. Hopefully it cleans well, have not tried to clean yet. The vinyl material on carriage is starting to wear and will eventually crack, so hopefully the mat will extend the life.

This Pilates mat is pretty heavy duty, slightly heavy in weight but not too much making it difficult to carry just enough that it makes for amazing quality. The weight of it helps in keeping the mat in place including the entire backside is a super durable rubber material. Almost gives you tire rubber vibes but much thinner. I was concerned of slipping on suede like top surface but I used it for the first time and there was absolutely no slipping. It actually aided in staying at the top of the reformer especially when in a bridge pose or while doing pelvic presses. As you can see it’s slightly smaller then my Pilates club reformer but that may be due to them having extra heavy duty equipment. I ordered both the blue and the black leopard because I’m not a fan of either blue or leopard and definitely not a lover of pink lol but I knew this sounded like a good product. Both are subtle in colors so they aren’t hard on the eyes and don’t cause a distractions. They are actually nicer looking colors in person.

Love it . It takes my workout to another level. More confidence a grip for bridges and planks, absorbs sweat, no more slippery sweat out-print on the reformer.

Ist den hohen Preis nicht wert. Verrutscht während etwas kräftigerer Übungen. Mittlerweile habe ich eine ähnliche Matte aus dem Billigsegment. Diese ist qualitativ genauso wie diese hier.

I have a personal reformer at home (Align Pilates) and I don’t seem to be able to keep my back still and not slide up to the shoulder blocks whenever I am using heavy springs. So I bough this mat, yes it does not slip but unfortunately I doesn’t help ME from slipping and sliding up. Not sure what to do here
