3000 mg per serving for best price
I have shopped around quite a bit however am sticking with Nutricost because they have 3000 mg per serving (BEST PRICE) When I tried other brands soft gels they came stuck together as well. Ever since I started taking these I get a bit of natural energy and feel more focused, not to mention feeling less hungry which is helping me reach my ideal weight.All and all I am really happy with my purchase and highly suggest these soft gels.

Good and portable does the job for my needs.
Does the job, I purchased for in the afternoon on the road for work. In the mornings I use the actual oil but needed something easier for when I'm out or out working. I simply take 3 before my meal/lunch.

Are only 1000mg capsules
Be careful when comparing prices, front of bottle label says 3000mg, but they are 1000mg capsules with a dosage of 3, label is misleading

Tried this for 3 days, it gave me severe pains in my right side around my liver area.

Pretty good to leep in in Ketosis, the only thing i would say is the pills get stuck to each other for time to time, but I rather drink pills than intaking the Oil
