It mixes easily into protein shakes, pre workout drinks, or plain water without changing the taste. It can be hard to dissolve at first, but this problem is fixed when you add more water. I'm not picky so I don't mind. The flavour is also nice, but it is sweet. Overall, I find it dissolves best with a larger volume of water (400mL atleast) but good!
