The taste fades significantly when I put it on my chicken before baking it, but when using it as a dip it's great.

Tastes great. Not like Whole Foods' Hoisin sauce, which has way too much hot pepper or black pepper in it.

I bought this for health reasons. It’s tastes good and is free from toxic ingredients as far as I can tell.
