Calm Focus Without Drowsiness
This blend of L-Theanine and magnesium glycinate works really well for calming my mind without making me sleepy. I notice less tension and smoother focus, especially in the evening or during stressful days. No jittery feeling and no stomach upset. Great quality and easy to take—definitely a staple in my routine.

Must have supplement to improve sleeping quality
One of the most amazing supplements that I ever use, it dramatically improve my sleep quality. These are very easy to swallow, pills has a tasty flavor of coconut. Value for the money over expected.

The pills are a bit awkward to swallow.
Fantastic. These truly help with my sleep. The only downside is the size, swallowing them feels a bit like trying to pass a football through the eye of a needle. Effective, but mildly athletic.

Nice product and seems to work well. Be prepared to focus when swallowing. I can normally take a few pills together with no problem; these about choked me the first time I took them. And the second. Thankful that the smell and texture are good or I couldn’t take them. With 400 in the bag, I still have another 196 days to practice. Edited to add: it’s been a few weeks and they’re much easier to swallow. I’m still cautious but I’d add half a star. They definitely relax me and make it easier to fall asleep!

A good night’s sleep
As a postpartum mom, I have a bit of sleep anxiety. These help me out a lot! I fall asleep faster and feel more relaxed. The pills are easy to swallow and have a pleasant coconutty quality to them. I love the simple and clean ingredients as well.

Great vitamin
I have never found a vitamin that I could actually tell a difference. I just felt calmer in the day. More focused. Less tense. I take two a day. Nice soft easy to swallow. Pleasant taste. Great package. Superb value.

Works well for adhd folks
The caplets are kind of big but I’m able to take them with water every morning. Easy to swallow. Helps with jittery feeling that I experience with my ADHD. No bad smell. Not too strong on my stomach.
