However, this particular 20,000mg 16x Strength Lion’s Mane has been a huge disappointment. Not only did I notice no positive effects whatsoever, but it also gave me persistent headaches after just a few doses. Something about this formula feels off compared to other brands I’ve used. I can’t recommend it based on my experience . I’ll definitely be switching back to the brands that actually work and don’t cause unpleasant side effects.

I was looking for a reputable source of lions mane, that was from a new but established Amazon prime-associated business, so that I could verify the branded quality. Seller product information was sufficient and clean looking. Ordering was easy, seller information provided was adequate. Shipment and delivery was great. The lions mane capsules are very good quality, and cognitive effects are seen around 45 minutes after consumption. Enhanced energy and focus was felt for around 3-4 hours. No noticeable GI or other systems issues were had except for a headache on the first day, which seemed to be paired with having too much caffeine. I would advise to adjust and balance your coffee/caffeine intake if you need to. I haven’t tried with or without food, to see any effects on enhanced or delayed focus yet. Will keep a track on any long lasting benefits to memory. Honestly, although I love this product and have already recommended it to friends who have had a shared experience, I would like to see the price point lower, especially for continued use. I have only been using it for a month but it appears to be helping my memory issues. The only thing I have a negative issue with is the smell of the mushrooms. I realize that they all have a smell so I am willing to put up with the odor if I can continue to see good results.
