It operates quietly, which is a huge advantage, especially at night. Please avoid buying this product.I purchased it, and on the very first day of installation (which cost me an additional ₹3,500), I encountered an E1 error, indicating the indoor unit of the AC was not working.I contacted both Amazon and Whirlpool — both promised a technician visit to assess the issue. The result? A manufacturing defect, which I later learned is common in this model. I had to repeatedly follow up with Whirlpool to initiate a refund.Amazon refused to process the refund until Whirlpool updated the status on their system — which they never did. After countless emails and follow-ups, the unit was finally picked up. However, it’s been over 15 days now, and I still haven’t received my refund. I’m being told it will take longer since it’s a bulky product and needs to be returned to Whirlpool’s defect center.A truly horrible experience.If you’re okay with being without an AC for a month and chasing both brands endlessly, go ahead. Otherwise, I’d strongly recommend staying away.

The product is very good and value for money, but the installation charges are very high and unprofessional. They took 10k to install the indoor and outdoor unit of the AC.

It works well, has the best cooling for a 100 to 150 sqft room, is silent, and has prompt service. The next day, the installation is done—the installation cost is also nominal. Budget Frindly

Product is really great! However it's the installation I'm not happy about, it's so unprofessionally done. They charged me for everything even for cutting a hole in the wall. There is no bill whatsoever and the person came and left leaving so much of trash and dirt all around the room. Not sure what could be the solution for that. Not at all happy with the way the installation is handled I ended up paying 5k just for the Installation that includes the core cutting.

Do not buy this product or order from Amazon.I ordered this product and it was delivered on 29.03.2025. The installation was completed on 03.04.2025. However, I started facing serious issues right away:The AC stops working after 2–3 hours, even though the room remains hot.The indoor unit is extremely noisy—it sounds more like a cooler than an air conditioner.I raised these issues with Amazon and requested a return or replacement. Shockingly, they claimed that the product was delivered on 25.03.2025, which is incorrect. Based on that false date, they denied my return request, stating that the return window had closed—even though I still had time left to return the product.This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I strongly recommend not buying this product and not ordering from Amazon, especially for high-value electronics.

The media could not be loaded. The AC is good for the price range. I've a smaller room 130sqft but my room gets lot of Sun and hence is very hot. The AC cools the room down very quickly and is surprisingly silent. Even on Turbo mode the Sound level is around 50dB and normally around 40dB. 6th sense mode and Convertible mode works great. (5/5)The remote sensitivity could have been better it doesn't recognise anything unless you point directly at the AC.It's also not backlit so it's difficult during night. (3/5)The installation part was the only bad experience they charged me total Rs.2,250 including the Stand. They did not accept online transfer only cash (Really fishy). Amazon has mentioned 1500+taxes. They didn't have necessary equipments like extention wires for drilling outdoor unit which had to be arranged by me and Plug Tops. They were super late and made me wait from morning to almost evening. (2/5)Final verdict : Other than above mentioned issues the AC is value for money and REALLY cools. Recommended 👍🏻Will check the performance for a month and update again.Edit 1 Year : The AC is still running awesome. Cools well. The quality of external pipe covers are not good after weather exposure the external pipe covers just dissolved away. Very bad. Reducing 1 star because of that.

I Recieved This Ac 24 Feb2025 And Installation Done On 25 Feb And Price Is 37490 But Installation Charges Very High They Charge From Me 2955 And On This Product Company Said Stabilizer Free But Technitian Said You Have Put Stabilizer Whirlpool Company Which Cost Around 3250 But I Am Not Take ItIt Mean If You Want Buy Whirlpool Company Ac Then 37490+2955+3250 All Amount Goes 43695 Rupees
