I wanted a camera I didnt have to wire, so I thought this was a great option. It came quickly and a few things1. NOT compatible with 5g internet set up was not as easy as expected.2. DO NOT add a password. You will not be able to connect to the camera once you do. You'll have reset and start the setup from scratch. It's a pain3. Buy extra batteries and a charger, my camera lasted two days. The batteries were pretty low on charge when they arrived so I am hoping they last longer4. You'll need to routinely format so card.5. Either its constantly sending notifications or sending none at all even when there isn't activity.6. Night vision is pitch black fie the most part.7. There is no actual customer support for this cameraThe good things about this camera1. It is truly a wireless camera2. Once set up is done is does what it says it will and the picture is clear! Even at night!3. The setup wasnt terribly difficult once I was able to connect to the internet!*update* ordered a second one to see if it was just my camera that was having issues and it was not. Same issues plus one more. Camera continued to reset once the case was put back on! The outer shell/case that twists back on continuously pressed against the reset button. I have since started the return process. This camera has so much room for improvement and needs tweaked! I had so much hope, I've been very disappointed. The company did send out an email asking me to change my review. I have updated it since. I dont have a problem with the seller but rather the company that made the camera.

I had difficulty setting up and when it finally paired and was working, I put the back cap on to place on bracket and it reset. I repeated the set up process half a dozen times with it resetting each time I put the back cover back on. then I went to get customer support only to find there was none. Went to read reviews and found that others had same problem camera resetting each time the cover was placed on the camera. Returned.

It gives no notifications that anyone is there. So nless you have another way of knowing you should look, it will not tell you. I bought 2 and I have to combine them with another camera that has no sound. I would not have bought them had I known this.

Was mislead by description. This camera did not come with batteries or a micro SD card. Also, no details on specific type of 18650 battery.Once it was set up it worked ok, but not the best for the money.
