Can I wash them in the dishwasher?

There's no reason why not, except that they're so easy to hand wash that it hardly seems worth the bother. I hold a couple of them in my palm under the faucet and run hot water over them-- it seems to be all it takes.

How are these filled?

”The liquid insides contain water (74.8%), glycerol (23%) and other food grade chemical elements (2.2%). The lowest freezing point is -46.5℃ / -51.7℉.” Not sure how they are physically filled and/or sealed, but that is the composition based on the product description.

Are the cubes arrive individually wrapped? I received one without the wrapping and gift box is also not wrapped?

I don’t recall them being wrapped individually but not sure. I ordered them for myself so I didn’t feel the need to go with the wrap or gift box option.
