UPDATE 3/8/20: As my original review indicated, I was quite pleased with this bag. It was attractive, pretty color, sturdy, sophisticated, and like a tardis--inside was quite deceptively spacious compared to how it looked on the outside. My one disappointment was the zipper. In response to the 2-star review I left, the seller contacted me in the comments and offered to provide a replacement AND was willing to change the color; however, try as we might, Amazon did NOT make it easy to connect. I was unable to contact her because I was outside of the return period, and she was not able to see my contact info either. When I went to the seller's Amazon page to contact her through there, Amazon x'd out my email address included in the email...so she STILL was not able to connect. One year later, I received a letter from her. She'd figured out a way to contact me, and reiterated her offer. She sent me a replacement in the new color I'd requested, with an upgraded zipper that supposedly has a minimum 3-yr lifespan and is manually tested. The new bag (which is LOVELY) also came with a long, adorable handwritten letter from the owner explaining everything, plus an additional courtesy gift. She persevered a YEAR later to provide me with my replacement, along with a gift and a lovely personal note. I'm happy to upgrade to five stars...she went above and beyond, and truly, the bag is lovely. If this zipper holds out, I will be VERY VERY pleased with the bag. ******************************************************************************************************************************* Loved this bag when I first received it. I traveled through airports and stuffed an AWFUL lot of stuff into it with ease. Unfortunately, though the bag has the capacity for a large amount of items, the zipper cannot handle having the bag overstuffed. Within a month, the zipper began to separate, and though I'd always fix it, it's to the point now that I pretty much can never zip it. I bit the bullet and bought myself a Coach.

Firstly I wanted to talk about the customer care experience that I received before moving to the product review. The bag that I initially received had a faulty inside zipper. The seller reached out to me upon getting to know my complaint and tried to do as much as she can to make me feel better and happy. She hardly took very few days from the date it got delivered to check on it, after patiently listening to me she was really gracious enough to send a replacement though she could have easily left a sorry note and went her path. She made sure my happiness and contentment was her first priority. She immediately sent replacement looking at the pictures shared with her regarding the problem and gave me the tracking number too. Her personal attention towards my satisfaction gave me the feel as if I had purchased it from a botique and not from an online e commerce giant. I would give 5 stars just for the customer service. Product review : I was so happy receiving this product and really liked the color and it was as shown in the picture. I was so happy for the packing (nicely wrapped in a soft white cloth bag and then placed in a sturdy cardboard box). The highlighting aspect is the thought full message inside, I had a feel that I was opening a present that someone sent me. It was a hit among my co workers when I showed them all the feature that I looked for while purchasing this laptop bag (extra space to keep few stuff like books, make up pouch, sunglasses etc so that I don't need to carry another handbag (sometimes I even pack my lunch and don’t carry my lunch bag, so much room inside), not that heavy at the same time sturdy, single strap as well as the adjustable handles, most importantly the studs that the bag had at the bottom (not letting it fall when I place it down) they all loved it and many got the amazon product link too. The zippers are sooper smooth without getting stuck and are of good quality. Me and my friend purchased pink and grey and both the colors looked exactly the same as in picture and stylish enough to pair it up with a wide range of wardrobe starting from jean to formal suite. I would definitely recommend this product.

I have had this bag for 5 years, it's used almost daily. Not a single thing has broken, become worn, snagged, nothing. Aside from a scuff that is purely cosmetic, it's as good as the day I received it! I get complements on it all the time. The straps are a good length, but are also adjustable, all of the pockets are easy to access and make total sense In the space. This bag regularly and easily holds 4-5 folders in the zipper pocket while still easily zipping, my laptop in the padded section, a notebook, computer charger, and mouse pad + mouse on one side and a large tape measure, laser measurer, another notebook, pens and a 3 sided a architect ruler on the other. All of that is fairly heavy (about 15lbs.) This bag takes it like a champ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I ordered this bag after doing a lot of research and picking up a lot of bags that were duds. For context I am a full time grad-student, full time employee, full time wife and mom. My typical contents include: 13” Mac laptop (the heavy one), full size planner, 2-4 smaller books (think non-textbook), and purse contents (wallet, phone, chargers, lipstick, etc.) PROS: - Beautiful! The color (mauve) is gorgeous, the bag feels and looks expensive, and I have received so many contents. The bag is practical without sacrificing style. - Well Made: the bag feels sturdy, holds all of my items, comes with a large variety of compartments, and feels secure whether being carried by the handles or wearing on the shoulder. - Price: For the quality, look, and size I feel like this bag is worth the money. In the past trying to get away with cheaper bags I have often found I spent way more replacing them more often than investing in a nice bag like this! CONS: - Zipper: As others have mentioned the zipper can get stuck. However, I have found that when I do not have it loaded down there is less tension on the closure area and there is no problem. So for me, that’s a sacrifice I make when loading it up- the zipper won’t be used that day. Overall, this bag is worth the money, holds up great, and is gorgeous! I would highly recommend!

UPDATED REVIEW: Originally I had written a not so positive review simply because I purchased two of these bags and the zippers eventually broke on both bags. This was disappointing since I think these bags are beautiful and have great storage capacity. When I posted the original review, I was immediately contacted by the seller who sent me a very sincere note apologizing for the zipper defects and issued me a refund for both bags! In addition, she offered to replace both bags in any color I prefer. I have changed my review to 4 stars to reflect this amazing customer service. The seller assures me the quality of the bags are better now, particularly where the zippers are concerned. I am really impressed with her honesty and am excited to get the new and improved bags and tote all my goodies around while traveling for work. ORIGINAL REVIEW: There are a lot of positive reviews on this bag and I totally get it. It's a gorgeous bag, has great storage capacity, but I have now two instances of the zippers busting on these bags. I figured it was a fluke on my first bag (the black one pictured above which sprung a broken internal zipper less than a year after purchase). So I purchased another (the lavender one pictured above) and within less than 6 months, the outer main zipper has busted. I don't so much blame the sellers of these bags as I blame myself for making the same mistake twice. I wanted to love these bags but they just don't hold up. Spending a little more money on something more durable is probably a smart thing to do. So beware---if you're looking for durability, steer clear of this bag!

I ordered this in a pinch because I needed a case/bag for a 17" laptop asap. I also need to carry notebooks and other stuff so I wanted something a bit roomy.....and I wanted as inexpensive as I could get, but still look good. This bag checked all the boxes and then some!! It is so sturdy and well made!! It looks EXPENSIVE!! I got the bright yellow because....well, I wanted it! No Regrets!!!! I will tell you that this is a BIG bag!! It has some weight to it (I was used to a canvas messenger bag)... and it has a couple of inches on each side of the laptop.... perfect for stuffing in a water bottle and/or power cord. It can easily become heavy.... but how heavy it is is up to you. The other thing I noticed that I LOVE, is that when I use the shoulder strap, It did not cut into my shoulder, nor did it slip off!!! Both the strap and the handles are adjustable!!! For under 50$ you can't beat the quality, the sophisticated look and the size!!

I bought this bag after reading about it in a networking group I am a part of online. I loved the bag I received! It had great pockets and organization options inside and the outside felt durable and looked chic. My mom saw it and wanted one right away. I decided to buy her one for Valentine's Day. However, the bag she received (as we found out from the seller) was the old version with a different organization system on the inside and no outside zipper pocket. Not a huge deal and still a great back- but I can't put in words how much my mom loves pockets in a work bag. We contacted the seller and she was very kind and understanding and sent us the new version of the bag! I waited to write the review after using my bag for at least 1 month and receiving my mom's new bag. My bag still looks brand new after being used everyday and my mom loves her new bag with all the pockets! My only critique after using it for a bit is that the laptop pocket is almost too soft. I wish it held its form a bit better so I could slide binders and notepads in and out of the other large pockets a bit easier. Love that the padding is there, but wish it kept its form longer.

Normally I use a backpack for a carry on because I have kids, but was looking for a 'grown up' carry on bag for a recent trip that I took with just my husband and I. I wanted something sleek, durable, accessable and pretty. This fit all my needs and I was surprised with how much stuff I was able to pack in here. Lots of color options as well, so something for everyone. The bag itself is very structured, which I was looking for. I was able to fit my laptop, magazines, charger case, kindle, snacks, iPod, ear buds, and a book with no problem. I liked it so much that my SIL ended up purchasing one for herself as well. High recommend.

This is a good quality bag, with a smart (although very obviously synthetic) exterior, a nicely lined interior and seems well put together. It has decent padding to protect a laptop and plenty of room for other essentials, purse, notepads, etc. Definite pros, it's not too bulky, it has double zips for the interior to stop things falling out and has adjustable straps. Whilst the packaging is no frills, it's also decent enough that you'd have no qualms offering this as a gift (cardboard exterior, fabric bag around the tote bag and protective plastic on the handles.) The order process went smoothly and the bag arrived promptly.

Really nice bag. Ive gone for the navy one. Very well made, looks great and loads of room for my laptop, university work, lunch etc. Comes with a lovely note from the seller too. Great service.

Initially I thought to cancel the order as I was expecting it to be delivered at certain date. But the time I got it I changed my opinion to cancel it. The bag is really beautiful and I loved it 💕
