15 Pack of Spring are not Easy to Loose and not Easy to Break,Aluminum D Shape Keychain for Outdoor Sports and Travel(Black)

I am an avid hiker, camper, and wilderness backpacker. Over the years, I used to purchase inexpensive Coleman carabiners from Walmart to hang lightweight things in place, especially since I seem to keep losing them or lend them out to fellow hikers (and never get them back). So, I looked online for cheaper alternatives and gave this set a try.For $7, this set actually presents a pretty good value -- they came out cheaper than the Coleman ones AND includes a few extras, including two heavy-duty Carabiners with a twist lock. Do note that the latter should NOT be used for climbing as they are not designed for such activity.The steel wire keychain was also a welcome part of this set -- I frequently use it to attach my snowboarding ticket to my pants without needing to use (and later break) a zip tie.Overall, this set of carabiners (with extras) presents a great value.

I like the set, but don't expect some high quality carabiners that could handle tough tasks or for climbing or anything. These are purely just to put on your keychain and things like that. I was hoping for the locking ones to at least be kind of useful for things like holding heavier things onto my hiking bag and things like that, but I think they feel too flimsy for me to trust anything to them. The locking device lacks a stop in its open position, so it's kind of wonky that everytime you unlock it, the locking mechanism just kind of falls loose and to re lock it you have to bring it back up and try to line it back up with the threads before you can lock it again... Not exactly quick operations, but in the end they do work. Maybe I'm just paranoid, but I didn't feel like using them in the end. But they didn't cost much, so if you're not looking for anything heavy-duty, these should work for you. You get what you pay for right?

At first I was quite impressed with these, but as time has passed I've noticed several of the carabiners have broken. The clip has torqued to one side or the other and won't close properly or becomes easily undone. I haven't tried the large screw locks yet, but all the traditional carabiners are what I would now consider 'low to moderate' in quality.

Note: these carabiners are not to be used for holding weight (as in climbing)!The package contained 2 large-sized, 3 mid-sized, and 10 small-sized carabiners, plus 8 small key rings, 2 key tags, and one braided cable loop with a threaded screw closure. The larger carabiners have a locking mechanism to guard against inadvertent opening. The assortment of sizes in this package of connectors provides for many uses, such as organizing keys and providing a way to connect and "quick-release" from belts, loops, hooks, etc. The carabiners' springs are sturdy so they can be relied upon to keep your keys safe. I was happy with this purchase.

Put a new fence in with three gates. My German shepherd was able to open the gates......With these clips in, he can not open the gates.....My not be the idea it was made for, but they work, and the dog stays home 😁

Thought the clips were going to be larger, majority are small, maybe too small for key rings. Could use them to clip things to a backpack. Was going to use them for securing items with rope in a moving van, most are too small and to light of a tinsel strength. The larger locking carabiner's will be fine but will need to get more 3" carabiner's.

This was part of a drunk purchase so now Im good on carabiners. LolYou get a bunch and its a good deal.They screwe first so thats secure...well I wouldnt use these on a side of a mountain but I definitely secured all our keys. Oh and now I can hook things to my gym bag like cups or shoes......Which I wish I would have thought of BEFORE I bought the overpriced shoe hooking lock for attaching to outside of bags...Grrrrrrrrrr shoot.

The media could not be loaded.  These carabiner clip are great! My daughter and son are always looking for ways to keep their keys, id's or cute small decorative items on or in their backpacks. This is a great way for them to keep it connected to their bags and won't loose anything! The other nice thing is that you get these carabiner keychain in all different assorted. Thank you honestfew for allowing me to try buying these metal clips!
