Since I developed and finally recovered from long covid, I have avoided the Pilates studio where I was the only masked person. So I bought myself a Wanda chair first and then Stroops to create a tower over a door. But my space in the doorway was very narrow and restrictive. I was going to build my own tower, but found this one. It is great for home use.it was very easy to put together. At first I thought the springs weren’t stiff enough but after playing with the different attachment points I find they fine. I had my own handles that came with stroops. The pull down pole is too light but usable. It is nice to always have the mat set up and I use it for mat exercises day. I changed the attachment clips to make them easier to switch with a quick and cheap trip to the hardware store. The ones that came with the device were inconvenient though very sturdy. I wish I could find a printed routine for tower. I also use a styrofoam box with it to mimic some reformer exercises. I also attached a foot strap. It would be nice for the company to add that for not much money. They could make up the money by switching the attachment hardware. Altogether a very good value which I recommend for a home Pilates studio that can easily be moved out of the way when you need your guest room.

I was first introduced to reformer Pilates after a car accident. I wanted to buy a membership at a Pilates studio but the memberships are EXTREMELY expensive. So I started researching and found this machine on amazon. It was cheaper than the ones I really wanted. But still being a beginner, this machine is absolutely perfect! I put it together alone. Just a few pieces. The machine is already together for the most part. No tools needed. It is kinda heavy. But I’m in decent shape and 31 years old. After buying this machine, I noticed the price went up a couple days later. I’m happy I bought it when I did. I have a feeling this machine will last me for awhile. It’s also compact. You can fold it in half (which is how it came in the box) and roll it away for storage. If you’re wondering if this machine is worth it, it is! Like I said, I’m still a beginner so I don’t need anything to fancy. This machine is basic and serves its purpose. I literally just put it together and used it for about 20 minutes before writing this review! Get this machine!! I also bought red tension bands but don’t foresee needing for awhile. I will get one of those rebounders though and maybe even a box later. But the machine is great as is. Does make a tiny bit of noise while using but it didn’t bother me bc I was watching tv and mainly focusing on breathing. Still, 5 stars!

i wrote a review last week because the delivery was delayed. It was delivered earlier than stated, albeit 2 days later than promised. It was easy to put together with clear instructions, and is much better quality than I expected. I'm excited to use it.

Love this machine. This is the plus version it has added padding. So far I haven't felt the need to add more to it. I use it everyday. Assembly was easy. You put the wheels on, plastic covers and you're done. It folds up by pulling up the middle and that's it. I leave it unfolded as I use it everyday. Was package nice. Yellow cord is light two black are medium and red is high. Solid piece highly recommend. Update 6 months later.....still great, i use daily. i did buy the frame it sits on which was awesome to add some height to it and put a simple rug runner under it i have hardwood floors so it would move. The cords are still in great condition i consider myself intermediate as i have been doing pilates for 10 years and this gets used and abused at times. My only con at this time is its a little narrow not a deal breaker just an opinion, it doesnt stop me or hold me from doing any exercise. I havent had any issues with this machine. I was able to get a box and foot strap off amazon and the wooden pole from home depot in the dowel section for 6.00. Great affordable home piece.

I really wanted a different type of workout that didn't require going to the stinky gym, so I decided to head down the fitness equipment rabbit hole via Amazon. Luckily I stumbled upon this neat looking, affordable, thing rather quickly. I've done pilates maybe twice in my life, ages ago and it wasn't on a reformer so I really didn't know what to expect. It looked cool and different so I went for it. I don't really enjoy working out (I'm lazy. There, I said it) but this thing is actually...do I dare say...FUN and it works so many parts of me that I didn't think it would. At first, I was like "these resistance cords seem weenie" but after my first "basic" workout my muscles were burning and I was pretty sore the next day. Turns out I'm the weenie! I enjoy and look forward to using this each time. There's something satisfying about laying down on the job too. I haven't dropped my 30 pounds yet, but I do feel more flexible and stronger. Delivery was quick. Assembly was a breeze (I'm a single lady, mid 30's, with a lack of tools) and I love that I can fold it up and scoot it into an unused closet or corner when not in use. I'm very happy with my purchase. Only con was that the intro dvd won't play. I think it's in a PAL format when it should be an NTSC format. The other 3 dvds play just fine and I didn't really need the intro one anyway. All in all...two thumbs way the hell up on this pilates reformer!

I can not stick to an exercise program to save my life. One day I decided that it was because I just wanted to lay down to work out. This machine has helped me greatly! It was easy to assemble and I love the fact that it folds up. I like that it automatically come with 3 different "weight"/tension cords and a fold out poster of the different exercises you want use. I'm the kind of person who just likes to tinker with things and not stick to a specific boring routine, and this let's me crawl all over the place and do all the things however I'm feeling. I was most excited for the leg exercises since I have a lot of energy and tend to pace often. Being able to do squats laying down and jumping/rebounding without the gravity has been phenomenal because I'm still working out and it's something I can stick with. The only thing I don't like about it is that the shoulder pad things are uncomfortable to me... the foam is too hard and I'm not sure this company makes an alternative. I will end up getting creative and sewing something to fit around it. Other than that I'm super happy to just be jumping and stretching and bounding away until I get the energy out!

Once I figured out that there wasn't anything WRONG, but that the wheels were just responding to the fold in the track...no problems. I DID BUY THE MEDIUM STAND...HOPING to alleviate the grating noise, but also to lift the unit off the ground...received it today (4/24) and easily assembled it by myself. Used a foot stool to steady one end of the Reformer and placed the other end on the end of the stand...and when I attempted to move the foot stool end onto the stand....discovered that the two end pieces/legs of the stand are TOO WIDE. The inner piece/leg is exactly the right size. I've submitted a claim to RETURN the stand that doesn't fit this unit...but decided to check questions first, thinking I HAD ORDERED THE WRONG STAND. Turns out I ordered correctly, but the stand STILL doesn't fit. ((NOTE/UPDATE: SELLER SAYS THE STAND DOES NOT FIT THE PLUS MODEL, and right now (4/26 the Plus Model stand is not in stock.)) The reformer itself...GREAT PRODUCT, IMHO, for a good COVID-19 PANDEMIC workout at home! :)

Please be aware of the measurements. The actual board to lay on is only 17 inches. I can’t even fit my back and both arms in the machine when working out. It’s extremely misleading. You can’t return it after 30 days. Awful purchase, awful experience.

I purchased the Stamina Resistance Workout Machine on February 10, 2026, for $771.78, from Spreetail and unfortunately, the entire experience was disappointing from start to finish. The original machine arrived defective with broken parts. It took two days just to receive a return label. The replacement process was equally frustrating—delivery was rescheduled three times without any prior notification, and I only found out the following business day. When the replacement finally arrived, it initially appeared to be in good condition. However, after limited use, the design made it difficult to use safely due to poor alignment for someone of my height (5'0") and the replacement started to make clacking noises from the carriage and rope holder. I returned the machine on March 11 expecting a full refund. Despite the company receiving it on March 12, I was only issued a partial refund of $622.81 on March 19, with no explanation provided. I then had to escalate the issue with Amazon and file a claim to recover the remaining $80.97, which was finally approved on March 21. Overall, this was a frustrating experience involving defective products, evasive communication, repeated delivery issues, and most importantly, a lack of transparency with refunds.

Una maravilla de máquina. La tuve cuando viví en América y la echaba de menos. Llegó ensamblada y en perfecto estado. Un poco rollo el papeleo en aduanas pero merece la pena. Es perfecta y llegó antes de tiempo. Feliz.

Llegó puntual, completo, facil de armar y hasta ahora, excelente!. Tres bandas con igual resistencia. No es tan facil poner y quitar resistencias. Los postes quedan algo flojos, por lo que se zafan al sacar las cintas, pero lo solucioné facilmente, simplemente "engrosando" el poste con una vuelta o dos de tape, con eso, queda bien fijo en su lugar. Trae un poster con gran cantidad de ejercicios y graficamente claro. Las cintas se pueden acortar o alargar. Me gustó la calidad. Cabecera sube y baja y buena zona acolchada para cabecera y espalda.

El Reformer es un poco sencillo en comparación a los profesionales, pero ya usándolo, es súper cómodo, funcional y me encantó! Tiene varios niveles de resistencia, lo que lo hace funcional! Solo que para personas pesadas no lo recomiendo.. Muchas gracias 🙏🏼🥰

Me encantó, llegó muy rápido, es muy fácil de armar, llegó en excelentes condiciones y todo muy bien empaquetado. Llevo una semana usándolo y cumple con todo lo que se ofrece. Me uniera gustado que trajera 4 ligas para incrementar la fuerza, pero cumple muy bien con el objetivo, la cama es silenciosa y cómoda.
