I’m SO happy with this phone holder. The suction is by far the best I’ve found. This is my third purchase of a phone holder for in my car and it’s by far better than the ones I had previously purchased for more money. It holds HEAVY phones! I have an iPhone 16 pro max and it’s heavy with the case on, but it’s no match for this amazing phone holder. My phone fits and it’s adjustable for all phone sizes. Unfortunately my phone is too heavy and awkward to turn it sideways, but upright is fine. I can’t say enough because now I’m safe from looking off the road when following gps.

My car’s dashboard has a textured surface—something I never thought would be a problem. When I pressed the suction cup onto it, it just wouldn’t stick. I felt frustrated. Had I wasted my money? I decided to contact customer support, hoping for a solution but expecting a generic reply. To my surprise, the customer support responded within minutes. They didn’t just send a link to the FAQ; they asked about my car model and dashboard type. Then, they explained everything clearly: suction cups need smooth surfaces to create a vacuum seal. If the dashboard is textured, the air gets trapped, and the cup won’t hold. They suggested two fixes—mounting it on the windshield or using an adhesive pad on the dashboard. Since I preferred the dashboard placement, they offered to send me a free adhesive pad right away. The pad arrived in three days, and it was easy to apply. Now, my phone holder stays firmly in place, even on bumpy roads. Every time I use it, I remember how a small problem turned into a great experience. When I first ordered this item, it would not stick to my dash no matter what I did. I reached out to the company and they sent me a replacement with a dash pad and it is now suctioned stronger than any other phone mount I have tried! I also love the little button that releases the grab on my phone. The customer service is also AMAZING. Im terrible at checking my emails and they were nothing but patient and followed up to ensure that my replacement worked. The item and their support exceeded my expectations! THANK YOU!

I just wanna say this is one of the best products I’ve ever purchased on Amazon! And I had a slight problem with it, in th at it did break, but I called the company, actually emailed them, and they could not have treated me better! They were prompt in returning my email and prompt in replacing my product! Refunded my money as well. Apricot is the person I dealt with at Van Mass, the company who makes these items, and she was so professional, so helpful and just wonderful every step of the way!
