Good quality, compact
Works. I love that it hangs on a closet rod. I gave it as a gift to my auntie and we used it at her college fashion show where a few other students used it as well.

Best hand steamer I've had!
I've had several hand steamers over the years and this one is excellent. It is louder than others, but I don't care because it works much better. Pros: Great steam and hot plate did a better job than my previous steamers that relied only on steam and some pressure from a plastic hand wand to address wrinkles. Hangs out of the way, saving floor space instead of a clunky thing on the floor. Hose is thick quality but east to maneuver. Ironed 2 weeks of hanging clothes in 15-20 minutes alternating between wool and cotton setting per item and only used half a tank of distilled water. Good instruction manual that is simple and easy to read. Easy to operate. Overall seems like good quality. Cons: A little noisy, but ok by me - see my video. A little heavier lifting up and down when using on hanging clothes. It is an iron and steamer so has more and heavier parts in the hand piece. Honestly I was afraid it would be heavier than it is considering the parts, and the weight is acceptable to me -but be prepared if you're accustomed to a really light plastic only piece like I've previously had. Follow up to the overall good quality comment above - my biggest criticism of this unit is the sticker on the LED screen. Looks like a 2nd grader cut it out with safety scissors and it's crooked. See pic. I just received it today so I can only hope it lasts. I'm still giving it 5 stars even with the 2nd grade sticker because that doesn't deter from the performance.

Game-Changing 2-in-1 Steamer and Iron! Fast Heat Up and Amazing Storage Hack.
I am so impressed with this Newbealer 2in1 Pro Steam Station Iron! The innovative storage solution alone is genius—it mounts right to the wall and folds up neatly, which is a massive space saver, especially since I don't have a large laundry room. The performance is just as good as the design. It has 3-Level Steam & Dry Ironing and the 1550W power means it's ready to go almost instantly with a 30s heat up. Being able to detach the steam unit for vertical steaming is a game-changer for clothes right on the hanger. Plus, the 1.2L Detachable Tank means I'm not refilling constantly. Highly recommend this for quick touch-ups and serious ironing!

Breaks after about 6 months
Don't buy!!! Poor tank design, broke after about 6 months. I used the steamer almost daily, and while it had some other flaws, I did like it. However, after about 6 months the spring mechanism that holds in the water tank stopped working. Every time I tried to seat the tank, it would just pop back out again making it unusable. I see this is noted in several other reviews, so it seams to be a consistent problem with the design. Wish I would have read the reviews more closely. Very disappointing for a $120 steamer. Initially I would have rated this a 3 or 4. On the good side, it heated up fast and the closet hanging option is really convenient. I also liked that it had a fairly large tank compared to most compact steamers, so I didn't have to fill as often. I used the steamer daily and it almost completely replaced my iron and ironing board. In addition to the tank mechanism breaking, one other design flaw is that from the front, there is no way to see the water level, so you don't know when it's empty until it stops producing steam. Also, the window on the tank is on the opposite side of the fill hole, so you also can't see how full it is when you are filling, meaning you have to overflow it to know when it's full. Last issue from a design standpoint, is that the handheld unit is quite heavy and doesn't connect very securely to the base which resulted in it falling out and dropping on my toes many times.

Fast and easy.
I have been using this product for a couple of weeks and love it. Best iron\steamer I have ever owned. I was hesitant due to the bad reviews but it's awesome. Heats up fast and doesn't ruin your clothes. It makes a pumping noise when steamer is on but no big deal like others stated. I bought the warranty just in case. You won't be disappointed. It's perfect size to fit at the end of your ironing board. I only have to go over my clothes once so makes my job fast and easy.

It’s Worth It!!!
It is big and bulky, but durable and the cords are a bit on the short side so it gets cumbersome trying to maneuver between them, but outside of that the unit works great! Once you get the hang of the button operation and functions it becomes very easy. The heat plate gets very hot and when you add steam, it really drops the wrinkles right out of the clothes. I’m pretty happy with it . I give it 4 stars because of the short cords, otherwise this is a good piece of equipment!

Awesome Steamer!
Seriously…the best steamer I’ve ever purchased! I mounted mine on my bedroom wall next to my closet door. On my closet door, I placed a 3m removable hook and that’s where I hang my item(s) to be steamed. The steamer comes with great operation instructions. It’s worth three times the price because I use to have to purchase one steamer a year. I’ve had this for almost a year and still works perfectly. For water, the tank is easy to fill and I do so using my RO (Reverse Osmosis) faucet. I always check the water container before starting my steamer to insure I have a full tank. I can steam easily 10 items with no issues at all (No concerns worries on running my tank dry.) This steamer can also be used as an iron which I have done. Honestly, I’ve had no issues with it causing any damage to clothing even delicate lace and other fabrics. Great price, great quality item!

Good for a Longarm Quilter without the price tag
Use this for steamin quilt backs when they are on my longarm frame. Works great! One of those items I've asked myself - why didn't I get this sooner?! It has helped simplify so many things. Great steam output. Heats quickly. Doesn't leak. I wish both the steamer cord and the electric cord were longer, but I got a heavy extension cord and placed it on my roller tray so I can get more use put of it. Some of the tough wrinkles I have to use a iron mit to apply pressure but that is because its on a frame not laying on an ironing board. I like the fact it holds a lot of water (of course that makes it weigh more) so I can press a king size backing without stopping to fill like a normal iron. Ultimately, it so far has been durable and it does what I needed it to do and I'm happy with my purchase.

Powerful and Convenient – A Few Minor Quirks, but Still Highly Recommended!
This Newbealer 2-in-1 Steam Iron Station has totally upgraded my laundry game. It heats up in about 30 seconds, and the steam power is no joke—creases vanish quickly, even on thicker fabrics. I love having the flexibility to use it as both a traditional iron and a vertical steamer, especially for delicate items or hanging garments. The detachable 1.2L water tank is a great size—enough for several garments in one go—and the auto-off feature adds peace of mind. It also looks really modern and doesn’t take up too much space. A few small cons: It’s slightly bulkier than I expected, so not ideal if you’re really short on storage. The water tank can be a bit tricky to click in and out the first few times. It’s a bit on the pricier side, but the quality and features justify the cost in my opinion. Overall, if you’re looking for a solid, efficient iron/steamer combo that can handle all types of clothing with ease, this is definitely worth it. Great investment for both everyday touch-ups and deeper ironing sessions!

Say goodbye to regular Iron forever
This is an amazing product with various steam an non-steam option, so perfect for ironing and steaming. I have been using this machine for almost 3 months and have found that it has cut down my ironing/steam time by more than 50%. The machine is light, portable, and although does not have an auto-shut off feature, very safe as the its rests on the soft non-flammable material over the water tank. The size of the water tank is large and does not require frequent refills. Perfect for any arthritic hands and wrists, worth every penny spent on it.
