I’ve been using steamers for years. This item is a replacement for a steamer that worked for 15 years. It’s the best one I’ve ever had. Easy to use, effective and saves time. Great quality.

The media could not be loaded. I've had several hand steamers over the years and this one is excellent. It is louder than others, but I don't care because it works much better.Pros:Great steam and hot plate did a better job than my previous steamers that relied only on steam and some pressure from a plastic hand wand to address wrinkles.Hangs out of the way, saving floor space instead of a clunky thing on the floor.Hose is thick quality but east to maneuver.Ironed 2 weeks of hanging clothes in 15-20 minutes alternating between wool and cotton setting per item and only used half a tank of distilled water.Good instruction manual that is simple and easy to read.Easy to operate.Overall seems like good quality.Cons:A little noisy, but ok by me - see my video.A little heavier lifting up and down when using on hanging clothes. It is an iron and steamer so has more and heavier parts in the hand piece. Honestly I was afraid it would be heavier than it is considering the parts, and the weight is acceptable to me -but be prepared if you're accustomed to a really light plastic only piece like I've previously had.Follow up to the overall good quality comment above - my biggest criticism of this unit is the sticker on the LED screen. Looks like a 2nd grader cut it out with safety scissors and it's crooked. See pic.I just received it today so I can only hope it lasts.I'm still giving it 5 stars even with the 2nd grade sticker because that doesn't deter from the performance.

Do not buy this product avoided at all costsI bought it for my wife and it lasted maybe 2 monthsand then just would not turn on anymore and it wasn't even used every single day it was for finer outfits that were used for occasions. Also this was not used in an inappropriate manner or with disregard this product was cared for because it was so greatly appreciated and treated the way you would treat anything you enjoying appreciate Unfortunately they just want you to buy another one and another one and keep replacing them because they're not manufacturing them the way they should also it's curious because I didn't buy the extended warranty which I don't think I should have to it's a brand new product could be a reason why I got the one of lesser value which only lasted a couple months it's absurd it's ridiculous especially at this price

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought this as opposed others because it appeared to come with very detailed instructions and that was confirmed. It has clear instructions and is very user friendly to use. It is solid and well built-excellent quality. It heats up quickly, provides an excellent amount of steam. Easily removed wrinkles on thick denim. No water leaks. Large water reservoir. Both electric cord and hose adequate length.very surprised and happy with the quality of this purchase.

So far it’s good, but it’s very heavy… water capacity is enough for many clothes.

I may be the only person in the world who doesn't know the wonders of steaming clothes rather than ironing with a steam iron, but i have to tell you, this is the best thing i have done for myself in a long, long time. Cut my 'ironing' time in half and my clothes look better and smell fresher. I can only tell you that it is a wonderful item and worth every penny if you have a lot of ironing, or even refreshing that you need to do with your clothes. i would give it 20 stars if I could.it is light weight, works perfectly and as is easy to operate and i think, very safe.
