Still, it’s a solid choice for short-term freshness.

The new Axe Bergamont Sage and Juniper scent is a fresh new fragrance which is not commonly found. The deodorant does not leave any stains or residue. It does not irritate the skin. Recommended when doing light activities. Fragrance does not last long if spending too many hours outdoors in the humidity.

I prefer to use men's deo for my gym sessions because they are usually stronger. The scent of the AXE Fine Fragrance Premium Deodorant (Aqua Bergamot, Sage & Juniper) sounds like a very exciting attempt at a unique deo scent. However, it starts off like any other typical fresh/aquatic deo, which is nothing new. As it starts to settle, then the subtle hints of the other notes start to surface but very faintly. Then it smells slightly sweet and herbal, which some might find appealing, though the sweetness may not be for everyone.The biggest letdown for me was the longevity of the deo. Unfortunately, the fragrance fades very quickly and I couldn't detect much of anything in just about two hours, which is far from the 72-hour freshness it claims.Considering my experience, I think the price point is higher than its worth.On a brighter note, the cap lock/unlock mechanism is a smart design and helps prevent accidental sprays in your bag or drawer.Overall, it smells decent, but if you're looking for lasting freshness, this one doesn’t deliver.
