This pill is huge. If you have any issues with this, find another supplement. Wasn’t able to take long enough to see if it made a difference, but beef organ supplements have been a life saver keeping my iron levels up!

I bought these to help me recover from surgery. Getting the bad stuff out of the way: They stink and taste bad in the moment before you swallow them. Also, they are huge. I take a lot of supplements, but these are easily the largest capsules I've dealt with, and the average dosage is three a day. I have to take them one at a time and really wash them down. OK, having said all that, these things are amazing. They give a burst of energy similar in power to caffeine (especially if you take the max dosage of six), but with none of the drawbacks. I couldn't believe it. I did try another brand without the bone and marrow components that were smaller, but I felt no positive effects as I do with these. I experiment with different supplements, but these are a keeper. I'm sticking with beef-organ capsules and with this brand.
