Melatonin FREE all natural and works!!!
Great product!! I can't take melatonin this is melatonin free. It's all natural so it didn't help the 1st few nights but ive gone to no sleep to 4-5 hrs a night in less then 2 weeks. I'm thrilled. I'm sure ill be back to 7-8 hrs a night in a week or 2. No side effects!!!!

Effective Sleep Aid That Helps Me Sleep Through the Night Without Morning Grogginess
A coworker told me this sleep aid was the best he had ever used, and I was honestly skeptical at first. But after trying it for myself, I was pleasantly surprised. These really work. I’m able to sleep through the night and wake up feeling refreshed, without the groggy feeling I sometimes get after taking melatonin. They’ve made a noticeable difference in my sleep quality, and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an effective sleep aid that doesn’t leave them feeling drowsy the next morning.

Jury still out….
For me, jury still out. I’m not a good sleeper; I possibly get 4 hours a night and not all together. I guess I was hoping for a miracle! I do feel a bit more relaxed when I take two Natrol before I go to bed, but I still don’t sleep through the night. I’m willing to give it a chance…. Have been taking for over a week and not much improvement.

Not effective
Didn't help at all. All this does is make your eyes drowsy meanwhile your brain and body is still fully awake. You cant open your eyes but you can lay either. The whole time makes for restless gymnastics. Its only when I wear off my energy, I fall asleep after many hours. I think this is placebo but even placebo should trick the mind.

Sick to my stomach
My experience matches alot of other's reviews: Effectiveness is hit or miss. It rarely makes me sleepy but occasionally helps me stay asleep. 100% has given me stomach issues. Upset stomach every morning. Sometimes upset stomach and nausea. Increases instances of really awful nightmares. While I dont necessarily feel "groggy" in the morning, I can easily fall right back to sleep after waking up and starting my day. And when the mid day slump hits, it hits hard. I dont think Ill buy this again.
