It does what it's supposed to do.
I tried the Upgraded Travel Neck Pillow as soon as I received it. It felt comfortable. Can't wait to try in on my upcoming international flight.

It works, but confusing in how to use it both sides of the neck.
I couldn't figure out how to use it for both sides.

Very comfortable
This is way different than a normal travel pillow. It holds your head up nicely, and you can adjust it to different positions. I still ended up with my neck being kind of stiff, but really, it's so much more comfortable, so the stiffness is worth it.
