This brand is hit or miss on their flavors imho, but the banana nut bread powder is phenomenal! My ratings for the various favors that I've tried for this brand: 10/10 - Banana Nut Bread - One of my favorite protein powder flavors. I always keep a tub of this around for whenever I get and itch for something banana flavored and don't want to break my diet. Will purchase again! 8/10 - Blueberry Cobbler - Great taste for a "berry" protein powder. Though I'm not a huge fan of many of the berry flavored protein powders, this is the best of all that I've tried. Worth keeping a tub around for whenever you want something a bit different. Would buy again. 8/10 - Peanut Butter Cookie - Another great tasting protein powder by this brand. 6/10 - Strawberry Cheesecake - Flavor is alright, but doesn't taste much like cheesecake. The strawberry flavor dominates. 5/10 - Red Velvet - Mid flavor. Does not taste much like red velvet cake, but isn't necessarily bad. Just mid. 4/10 - Strawberry Shortcake - Did not like this flavor at all. Will not purchase again. 3/10 - Oatmeal Chocolate Chip - Did not like this flavor at all. Will not purchase again.

Delicious and nutritious! Need I say more? I have 3 different protein powders on my kitchen counter, and could not get past the chalky/sucrose taste to finish them. Oh well, money wasted. However, this protein powder is so tasty that I actually look forward to having my shakes.

So far I have nothing negative to say about the product. I really like their energy drinks and decided through word of mouth to try one of these since I’m working on losing a few pounds. I scrolled through the list of flavors and thought this was interesting. Can’t go wrong since their energy drinks are great so why not I said to myself. It arrived and the next morning I tried it. Wow! I can’t believe how good this tastes. When it’s finished I’ll buy another flavor to try but this cannot be compared to Muscle M or the like. Probably closer to Slim F as for flavor but much better. It’s like you blended banana nut bread that’s how accurate it is. The only downside (not negative) is that for a meal replacement, it’s not enough just yet. I need to get used to eating less before it will suffice. My stomach still growls lol. I could mix two but we’ll see. Consistency is like chocolate milk, strawberry milk etc, not thick. Just watch for clumping if you’re new to these. I already offered to buy the wife one immediately after the first taste that’s how good it is. Price is on the line with others of the same size/servings so not super cheap but not expensive. To me it’s worth the price because the taste is so much better than other brands I’ve spent on. If such a random flavor as Banana Nut Bread is this good, it’s likely the rest are just as accurate so those are on the list for me. Give it a try, you won’t regret it that’s for sure. I do wish their REDCON1 logo was larger like their energy drinks so I’d of known about these earlier.

I love the product but unfortunately I think I need to move on. It tastes great, it mixes well, comes in a variety of tasty flavors and as a bodybuilder trying to meet my protein needs, I originally switched to MRE Lite because I have dairy sensitivity (not Lactose Intolerance...Lactaid pills, etc. don't help me) and Whey and Casein were killing me (gas and bloating and swings between constipation and diarrhea was a daily thing for me). I found this and a few other products to try but this one was the winner for taste and mixability. Initially I saw a big difference in gut symptoms improving. Fast forward a few year now and I've gone through more than 50+ tubs of various flavors and my symptoms had returned in more frequency again and I stated to reanalyze my diet and getting frustrated with daily bloat and gas. It dawned on my to reexamine all my protein bottles and sure enough, milk powder is added and I had been crushing all the seasonal Junior Cheesecake flavors the past few weeks. I don't have my sensitivity down to a science yet and it seems that I can handle some flavors better than others but it's a gamble for me and your mileage may vary. Pea protein isolate seems to be what my body can handle best and there's indications on increased bioavailability anyways but Ugh, I'm bummed out. Not feeling like a bloated balloon belly every day is way too nice though so it's time to move on. I'll miss being in the trenches with you comrade!

If you need protein look no further. Whether you have a whey inolernace or not this protein is whole food based- and is easy on the gut. First one I’ve found that flavor is 100/10 and not whey. All my online clients use it!

Folks this hurts me to say, last year before they made the recipe change this was probably the most delicious powder on Earth with a nutritional profile that fit very well with what I needed, and not only did it taste good as a shake, it was phenomenal to make protein waffles and pancakes out of as well. I'm not being hyperbolic when I'm saying it used to be the best protein powder on Earth. Then for Lord knows what reason they decided to change the recipe, it honestly tastes like antifreeze and the powder is so fine that it can't be made into anything and mixes terribly in liquid. Me and others have reached out multiple times to the company and initially they said there was an error in manufacturing, before finally admitting that they changed the recipe, they're saying they're taking customer input to change things, but from how everything is proceeding, it looks like they will never go back to what they used to have. Unless you definitively see something saying that they have gone back to the original recipe, I would stay far away from any of these redcon items.
