Very Promising
Only using PeptiStrong for a few days. I'm in my 80's and bought it for speeding up exercise recovery. Almost immediately I was climbing stairs without hanging on to the handrail, walking faster due to uplevel in confidence. My recovery from exercise is still at the three days level and I need that to be two days. The research is human trials, not mice, and very positive, it's considered GRAS [Generally Recommended As Safe] by the FDA so I'm very optimistic. It's pricier than any other supplement I take but if I can eventually exercise every other day it's worth it

This stuff is amazing. You're recovery will be shortened like crazy and gains will be amplified. Just make sure you get cleared by your doctor to take this. Some people get really sick if they take this.

Lots of side effects taking this for only one week had major cramps, constipation and overall bloating. Contacted the vendor to ask for my money back and now I am being shuffled around.
