This bag far exceeded my expectations.
I was looking for a bag that could handle my 17.3” Dell Laptop, and all my essentials, which are a lot as you can see in the pictures. Prior to buying this bag, I was transporting all my items in a Bankers Box, as seen in the pictures, and all my items filled the box. Plus the fact that carrying that box required two hands, it is nice to have an over shoulder bag that frees up my hands. My work Bible is a 3” Binder, I also have my 2” Portfolio, 1” reference publication, and 2 other notebooks. Of course, I needed room for the laptop charger and mouse, post its, pens, and reading glasses in their case. I also needed extra room for any materials that may be distributed at meetings. When I saw the picture of the bag, I felt it might be able to handle the laptop, charger, mouse, 3” binder and most of the other items in the picture, but I didn’t think it could accommodate my portfolio. Surprise, everything in the picture fit comfortably in the bag and still has a lot of room to spare. After putting everything in the bag, 1 of the outside compartments is only half full and another outside compartment is unused. The price was great, I had expected to spend more than $75.00 for a bag that would meet my needs. When I saw the price, I was very skeptical about getting it, but then again, if it didn’t meet my needs, I could always return it. It greatly EXCEEDED my expectations. The quality is excellent, well designed, quality construction, fully functional. I have only had it for a couple of days, and I really hope that it lasts. I have no doubts that it will last a long time, as I stated it is constructed of quality materials. The bag is customizable, if you have a lot of items to put in the main compartment, it expands and additional 2” just by unzipping the compressed section. This is the best bag that I have ever owned, at a really great price. I intend on buying about 10 more for my employees.

A Very Good Bag
I should consider this bag a downgrade from the one I had previously; it cost a lot more, and had served me very well for many years. However, my initial impression of this bag far surpasses my expectations. -Construction: Rugged, which some may find to be a detriment, but to me is a nice touch. We'll see how it holds up over months and hopefully years of use, but for now I like the confidence I get that my computer is protected. -Fit: I have a 13.3" laptop, and the pouch inside is big enough to fit what looks like might be a 15.6" computer. Despite the extra room, it feels snug. The pocket on my previous bag was much larger, which made me nervous that my laptop was moving around too much inside. Storage: Not as many pockets as my last one, but definitely improved on the ones it does have. My previous bag had three pouches in the main compartment; this one only has two, but they're both bigger. Aside from the ample room in the two main compartments, the secondary one (between the laptop compartment and the outermost one that can hold pens) can hold two full-sized hardcover books, which is great when I travel because I like to do a lot of reading. I haven't tested out the expanding portion yet, but I bet it'll provide even more. The smallest compartment is still large enough that it could also probably hold a paperback if I needed it too. -Profile: Despite all its storage capacity, this case manages to maintain a slim profile, more so than the last bag I had. I really like this, as it makes moving about with the bag easier. Additionally, the shoulder strap is shorter than my last bag, allowing me to carry it higher and up closer to my side. I go to school in DC, so I especially like that since it makes it easier to go through the gates at the subway station. All in all, I think this will turn out to be a great bag. It has lots of great features, solid construction, and improved ergonomics. And at a price of under $40, I consider it a steal.

Single zipper for the front compartment???
I bought this bag to carry around my 17" laptop and it has been doing that job very well. The main laptop compartment is roomy. There is a second compartment behind it for documents (and there is actually another thinner zippered compartment behind it). The back strap for attaching the laptop bag to the luggage has been very handy. The bag materials seems sturdy and could last a long time. I would have given this 5 stars if not for two unfortunate design features: 1. The main laptop compartment and the file compartment both have zippers with TWO zipper pulls. This allows you to open it from the top, and in both directions. But the 3/4 front compartment at the front has only ONE zipper pull (see picture). Why oh why did you do this??? It likely costs less than a buck to change it to two zipper pulls and it would make a lot of difference. The problem is that this front compartment is where you would put all your gazillion SMALL things (pens, phone, etc.) and it would be opened and closed more often than the other compartments, so having only one pull makes it unnecessarily more difficult to do. But more importantly, since it only has one pull, if you have partial opening it will face to the SIDE (see the picture) instead of the top. This means you risk having your small items getting out of the compartment if you don't close it completely. The other annoying feature is that the main strap is rather flimsy and their hooks to the bag only allow for hinge movement and not pivot or ball-joint-type movement. The end result is that the strap gets twisted too easily. These two things would probably cost about a buck or two to fix. But it would make user experience in using it much better, at least for me. I hope they incorporate this in their newer designs.

I work as an artist and carry lots of paper, sketch pads, ipad etc. Needed something that could fit A3 size after searching for years I came across this bag. With multiple compartments fitted more than adequately all the content I nneded. The shoulder strap was flimsy - (I carry as lot of gear) - replaced it.
