The product is a combination of fabric and metal, both seem to be of a high quality. We used this on a couple day road trip. It did a good job of preventing our dog from getting in the front seat or flying around on a quick stop. It is short enough that he did not get tangled in it. It is adjustable somewhat to make it longer if we wanted. It is nice to be able to open the car door and have control over him. When taking the dog out of the car, we added the leash to his collar first and then removed this product from his collar. Then when returning him to the car, it is attaching this to his collar and then removing the leash. Not sure how this would hold up after 5 years in the hot sun inside a car.

It is the best thing to buy for dogs. The dogs are not going back and forth from the back seat to the front seat. It sis also good because if you are ever in an accident, it will secure the dog.

I bought 3 of these and another 2 for a friend. They work awesome. They allow me to open the doors of my car without my puppies escaping from me. They also keep them in place inside the car where they stay in the back seat without getting in the front while I'm driving. And they keep them quite safe in case something happens. I love them and use them for all 3 dogs. I couldn't get along without them. I am able to attach their leashes while still attached to the seat belts and the make it able for me to release them when I get ready making it safer for me and the dogs. I love these seat belts.

I picked this item up a few months ago when my wife and I started fostering dogs. One thing we do as fosters is help transport dogs when needed. On this particular incident, the dog in question was a known flight risk, so we took extra precautions to ensure she was properly strapped in via this device. She was delivering the dog from the vet to its foster human when she was rear ended on the interstate. The dog was knocked from the back seat into the floor of the car, the rear windshield was shattered, and various other vehicle damages were incurred. However, the dog was completely fine. In fact, she was the calmest one of the bunch. Without this device, the dog would have been thrown around inside the vehicle, and possibly escaped. Thanks to this device, there was not a mark on the dog and she was completely fine. We will never have another animal in the car without this restraint. Thank you so much for engineering such a wonderful item. I can’t even imagine the heartache we would have experienced if, on top of having to deal with the aftermath of a wreck, we also had to deal with the injury or loss of the dog.

This is a great product. As described. Adjustable, which I like. Durable. My only issue with it is it does not buckle i to the middle buckle in my truck (Same as my husband’s truck) - it has to be buckled in the back or Front-passenger buckles. Outside of that, works like a dream!

Love this! Keeps my dog in place and out of my lap when I am driving. Sturdy and I was able to match his collar that I have from the same maker. A must for any road trip where you don’t want to cage your dog! Gives them just enough length to comfortably move around a bit. I liked that I could still clip his leash onto his collar while the tether was still attached. Kept him from jumping out of the car before I had his leash on. Clicks into seatbelt perfectly.

It’s a great seatbelt for our dog

I have a 25 lb puppy that I take everywhere with me. She always wants to sit in my lap while I drive and/or try to sit on my shoulders... I've never seen another dog try to wrap its body around one's shoulders like a scarf and as funny as it is, it's really dangerous. I paid $10 for a red Blueberry car seat strap for the dog and it works perfectly in my 2018 Honda Civic. I click it in the back seat and have it adjusted so she can reach both windows, but not the front and she still has plenty of room. I attach it to her with a padded harness for extra protection. No worrying about her jumping out of the window, being thrown out through the windshield in an accident, changing gears, or distracting me. I think it's a great product. I'll buy Blueberry again for sure, the color is really vibrant.

Great purchase! Our dog had the bad habit of wanting to be in the front seat. This seatbelt keeps her in the back where she napped on our way to the cottage.

This tether is perfect for my dog when attached to her harness. Prevents her from roaming around inside the car during journeys, and would help keep her safe should the necessity arise. The tether length can be adjusted to suit the dog's size. I have a Nissan and the clip fits perfectly into the seat belt anchor. Excellent value in my opinion.
