The OhSunny UV Face Cover arrived as described and looks just like the photos advertised! I got this to protect my skin while driving, especially on long drives that I do frequently for work and don't always get the chance to reapply sunscreen. This face cover is made of a very soft material, as soon you pick it up it feels like silk, it almost slid out my hands, I wasn't expecting it to be so silk-like. The quality is fantastic, the stitch lines are very neat and tidy and it is very comfortable to wear. I have forgotten to take it off sometimes as I forget I'm wearing it until people look at me funny. I love that this gives me protection from damaging UVA and UVB light, obviously I've only tested this out in UK winter time so I'm excited to wear this in summer and on holiday to get the real benefit.

I'm sorry to say that I am disappointed with this sun protection mask, although I do think the concept is excellent! I use retinol face products, so it's important to fully protect my face from the sun. While I do use factor 50 sunscreen, I work outside and thought this mask would be perfect for ensuring my face was fully protected, so I wouldn't have to just hope my sunscreen was doing its job. The problem I found with the mask is that it just doesn’t feel at all breathable. I’m a mouth breather, so I found it not only difficult and suffocating to breathe but also uncomfortably hot to wear—especially since it’s February in the UK, and the sun's heat is still a distant memory. It's a real shame that I cannot recommend the face mask at this time. It’s a great idea, but it would be so much better if it had been lined with a breathable fabric, such as pure cotton, instead of the synthetic material it’s made from. This is a facemask that's lightweight and feels great to wear. The material is very light and soft, though it's primarily for UV protection and covers a large proportion of the face and up to the sides of your temple. The mask also offers some dust protection which I prefer to use this mask for, as the main benefit for this mask is breathability - this is the nose sleeve which is small enough to allow some airflow but not enough to reveal your nose. The only issue I have is the branding on the side of the mask, which I feel will only fall off and is rather unsightly. Otherwise this is a good quality mask.

Not decided to protect from airborne items, so question the comment about protection from " wind, dust, and sand. The face cover has a slit where the nose is so you can breath very easy, as its open to the elements. However does do all the other things perfectly well, breathing is very easy as the nose slit allows you to breath easily. If you want to protect half you face from the sun then this OhSunny UV Face Cover works perfectly.
